Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great fall vacation

Great fall vacation. Condo location is great for beach sunrises and watching boats go out into the gulf from the bay. Close to great restaurants and had a great service and experience with umberella and chairs with Rod of Perdido Beach Sevices. Sailing on the Wild Hearts catamaran was definitely a highlight.

This unit is in a great location and was very clean. Easy check in and check out process and did not have to do all of the normal things before leaving like stripping beds and starting the washer. The only complaint was that they didn't have the smart TV remote. They only the Satelite remote so no streaming.

We rented a 1bd room condo. Everything was great and clean. Please review the faq’s. They supplied a starter kit for toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo etc. Depending on your length of stay you may need to provide your own. Good news is publix market is down the strip and close. The facility was awesome.

What I liked: cleanliness, comfortable places to sit in living room, kitchen and balcony, comfortable bed, plenty of storage and hangers to completely unpack for the week, stainless steel pots rather than scratched up teflon, well equipped kitchen but not too many odds and ends to work around, toaster oven, hooks in bathroom; property amenities, tv could hookup to computer to our streaming services, bathroom storage and wide vanity; easy check-in; luggage and grocery carts; beach not crowded in mid-Sept.; fast elevator What I didn't like: broken lamp in living room; very loose toilet seat; very bright light shining through bedroom window all night--needs black out covering

Long weekend in Orange Beach

We have been to Orange Beach many times. We absolutely love the area. Phoenix Properties are our go to when we stay in OB and Gulf Shores. They are typically very well maintained. This property was nice, but it could use a little bit of TLC. The front door needs painted badly. I know that seems silly, but it gives a bad first impression. I was a little worried to see what the rest of the condo was going to look like, but was relieved to find out that that was the worst of. The shower curtain was a little moldy. These are both very minor things, and the overall condition of the condo was nice and clean. The location was great and the view from the balcony was wonderful. I gave the check-in process four stars, because the check-in instructions say in bold that you can check in AFTER 3pm. I feel like this is a little vague…Does that mean 3:30…4:00…5:30? Ultimately, our room was available at 4:30. Again, this is not a dealbreaker, but it was a little annoying after a 12 hour drive. All in all we would stay here again.

Entrance is atrocious

The condo was clean and comfortable. I went with this unit because of the clean bed promise. I think the sheets were clean but they were stained. I did not feel comfortable. There was not enough bedding. Only a sheet and a thin coverlet. The lobby and entrance was horrifying. Lobby was filthy and the obviously have a ventilation problem. It looked and smelled like an abandoned nursing home. The entrance to the condo was scary. It looked like something in a war zone. Check in and identifying unit numbers we not clear and there was no one available for us to ask. Also, the address we were given was the owners entrance which is gated and we were not given code. We went to another parking area a twisted around to get in. Again, let me stress that inside the unit was good. Whoever is on charge of the common areas is really hurting the value of the respective owners. I have photos but can't attach in this section

GREAT View , Phoenix east 2 has so many locations that this one was hard to find & hidden behind landscape , the Uber driver took my son & wife to west 2 & her phone died & they walked around 4 miles at 2 am. I can list more but I will stop there , the area with the ships leaving the harbor was great but I would not recommend it to friends.
