The Primary suite, a haven of tranquility, features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, DVR for your entertainment needs, and balcony access to enjoy the stunning views. The suite’s private bathroom includes a modern, walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom is equally comfortable with 2 Full beds. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The heart of this condo is its fully equipped kitchen, showcasing granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for crafting your favorite meals. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Check in was outstanding! It was easy and the room was ready on time. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. There was an issue with the freezer during our stay. The freezer needed defrosting and it was reported during our stay.

Great place for a family vacation!!

We loved our stay here in the Pelican Pointe! The location is great and the amenities around the condo are fabulous. The only negatives were the elevators kept breaking down and needing maintenance so there were a couple times we would have to lug all of our beach stuff up 9 floors of stairs. That happened at least twice and was truly the only negative part of this trip. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future!

Very nice condo

Well furnished and beautiful. Only issue was the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Looked like a prior guest had a nose bleed and the sheets were not changed.

Pelican Point

Everything was great except we had 2 refrigerators in the unit and when we got there neither one was cold. Took several days to get cold. The extra fridge stayed in the dining room and never did work properly and was just in the way for using the dining room table. We thought when they came to look at the fridge in the kitchen that they would take the other one out of the unit but they did not. Also, the picture of the unit shows a regular coffee pot and a Keurig but only the regular coffee pot was in the unit. Overall it was a great vacation with family and friends!!

Cute and comfy!

This condo was a little smaller than we are used to but just as comfortable! We had a smaller group this year so it was expected. Everything was clean and all the furniture was comfortable! The only bad thing I can say is that I thought the gym would’ve been better equipped but other than that everything else was great!

Fantastic location and cute condo!

We love Orange Beach and this condo fit all our needs. Plenty of space and seating, beautiful views from the balcony, and it’s so close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we would have preferred to be a little better was that many of the outlets were not working. It made it hard to find a place to charge all the devices. And the bedrooms could be upgraded to smart TVs, as we would prefer to login to all our streaming services rather than watch the few cable stations available.Neither of these were major and still give them 5 stars.

Annual October friends trip.

Some friends used to own #403 and was excited to be able to rent it still, not #905. The condo is fantastic. Had a few issues with Liquid Lufe but not bad. Only negative is on top of what you pay to rent the condo, $55 per parking spot is steep.

Great vacation condo for the family

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept, simple, and not cluttered with decor. There was plenty of room for us to relax in the family/dining room. The beds were comfortable. Could use a few more blankets so bring your own if you're used to having a little more warmth. Bring your own beach towels, paper towels, sponge to wash dishes or dishwasher detergent if you like using the dishwasher. Bring laundry detergent/dryer sheets if you need to wash clothes. Overall, great place to stay!

Condo and property was great. Condo could have used a better cleaning prior to arrival. All dishes in cabinet needed to be washed before using because you could feel and see grit on them. There was mold on guest shower contain and it needs to be replaced. One cabinet door is broken that has the pots in it. Other than this it was a great stay. Easy checkin- Condo ready on time and beach not too crowded. Location was great!

Nice condo

Pelican Point 905 was a very nice condo. It was decorated tastefully and was very clean. There were 4 of us staying there and not enough towels and washcloths to last more than 1 day before having to do laundry. When we asked for more we were told they had a nationwide shortage and they could not provide us anymore. We ended up going and buying some ourselves. The tub in the 2nd bathroom also didn’t drain very well, but we made the best of it!

Clean, perfect location

The condo was very clean and in a great location! Check in process was easy. The only negatives were that there were no wash cloths, so we had to buy some, and the tv in the living area wouldn’t come on when we arrived, but we called and someone came right out to fix it. The only other thing was that in the listing, like most, it says no smoking, which normally means inside the condo, which is expected. When we arrived, we were told there was no smoking on the entire property, except in the designated smoking area which was all the way across the parking lot by the road. We had a smoker in our group, so that was an inconvenience and it would’ve been nice to know before hand. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here. The view and having the beach and ocean right outside was perfect. The condo was nice and clean and couldn't ask for anything better. The only issue we had was not communicated that the HOA had only done a 1 car parking policy which left us to find another spot to park our other car. The decision was made in March 2020 and we booked it the beginning of April. If we had known that we would have looked for a transit van to drive down. This didn't detour our great time we had. Also, we had an issue with the door not unlocking with the code but called Liquid Life and they helped us out and got us in within 30 minutes.

Horrible property company Liquidlife company

The condo at Orange Beach was fantastic. HOWEVER, THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT put us in the wrong condo and would do nothing about it. The staff were helpful while planning the trip but when we got there, they had us in the wrong condo. I called and they were so rude, at one point I was hung up on and got no apology, no nothing. We were a bed short due to their incompetence and had to double up in beds. We were there from Atlanta so going home was not a good option. We made the best of it and would stay there over and over again but will not work with Liquidlife property company EVER AGAIN
