Located on the 11th floor, this Orange Beach condo is designed to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation, allowing you to unwind to the calming sounds of the ocean waves.

The Primary suite is a haven of tranquility, featuring a sumptuous King bed and a private bathroom equipped with a custom walk-in shower. Step out onto the balcony from the Primary suite and bask in the breathtaking views. The second bedroom is cozy and welcoming with a plush Queen bed, and the third guest room is perfect for younger guests or additional family members, offering 2 Twin bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for everyone.

The heart of the condo is the fully equipped kitchen, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar, perfect for casual meals or gathering around for coffee. A full-sized washer and dryer add to the convenience, ensuring all your laundry needs are met without hassle.

In the living room, sink into the comfort of the sofa sleeper while enjoying the tile floors that run throughout the condo, enhancing the clean and fresh atmosphere. The private balcony, accessible from the living room, is the ideal spot to enjoy the fresh Gulf air and spectacular views.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix X. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

Nice place and awesome location.

The condo was nice, direct to the beach which made a super easy access, along with the outside pool and inside pool. Close to most of the places we wanted to check out. Plan on coming back.

This condo is beautiful and great location (next to The Flora-Bama Bar, Yacht Club, liquor store and Old River Grille Restaurant!) beach was beautiful, not too busy, everything was super clean!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The checkin process was incredibly easy and the condo was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our balcony time as well which had plenty of seating. Highly recommend this property!

Absolutely loved the unit, it had everything we needed and was very convenient to beach and loved that it was next door to the Florabama. We will definitely try to stay here again.

One of the nicest units in Phoenix X

I've stayed at the Phoenix X many times and this was one of the nicest units ever. Well decorated and furnished, it was clean and comfortable for my friends and I. I will definitely be using this one again!

Perfect location for our stay

We planned on going to the legendary Flora Bama Lounge several nights and this condo was in the perfect location being located right next door and within easy walking distance. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony for happy hour cocktails each night. Condo was perfect for our needs with plenty of sleeping arrangments. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful vacation here! I loved that I could walk next door on the beach and get a mixed drink from FloraBama. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. So relaxing and beautiful at night. The view was so pretty and the condo was immaculate. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We didn’t want to leave!

Best condo stay ever

I’ve been staying with phoenix properties for over 30 years and this was by far the best of the best stays I’ve ever encountered. The ease of booking. Check in, communication, they stay, the experience, it was all top notch. I couldn’t be more pleased. Liquid life was great at providing help assistance, communication and just all around pleasant to deal with from day o e. Condo was clean updated roomy and had every amenity needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay for me and my family.

Clean but come prepared

The condo looked just like the pictures and was right on the beach with a gorgeous view out of the back and the front of the condo. However the condo comes with limited amount of toilet paper and no extra garbage bags so make sure to bring or buy extra and there’s also no bare minimum things to season/cook with such as salt, pepper and oil. Nothing major but would have liked to know ahead of time. The beds weren’t super comfy but got the job done. The condo was very clean and safe feeling and was close to many amenities such as restaurants and shopping.

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful and everyone enjoyed the condo. We couldn't have asked for a better location and the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was phenomenal.It was very clean and tidy. The only suggestion would be to purchase another set of cookware. Some of the non-stick coating was starting to flake off on a few pans.We would love to return for another stay!

Great location and views of the beach and bay. Overall property was nice with many amenities. My only issue would be lack of basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. Ran out of TP and garbage bags and was told by front desk needed to purchase. No salt, pepper, other basic kitchen supplies.
