Extremely nice building and grounds. Condo was huge and the view was amazing. Furniture is worn and showing its age. There is a $40 parking fee not disclosed in the description that was unexpected at check in. Overall our experience was very positive.

The location and amenities of the condominium were excellent. The condo itself was a great size. There was lots of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had most things needed. The living room could use more seating and window coverings on the balcony doors. Overall, a great trip and we would return!

Perfect Get Away

A sisters’ trip. Two king beds. Two showers. Two whirlpool tubs. Great layout. Comfortable furniture both inside the condo and on the balcony. Easy check in and out. All codes worked. Magnificent view out the balcony and the windows. Loved the beach, the pool, and the hot tub. Kitchen was well supplied and easy to use. Just an all around great vacation.

Huge condo with a gorgeous view!

Very roomy condo, bedrooms and bathrooms are huge, gigantic living room with tons of windows (corner unit). Furniture on balcony was great and the view was perfect. My only complaint is that there should be another sofa, like a loveseat. Not enough seating in living room and there is plenty of space for another chair or couch. The sofabed was a bit worn down and uncomfortable. Beds are comfortable and great pillows on bed. Would stay here again for sure!

We loved this place!

We absolutely loved this condo! We felt it was a great value for the money! The condo was perfectly clean with nice, comfortable furnishings. Beds were wonderful and bathrooms spacious and well lit. We didn’t cook so I’m not sure how well stocked the kitchen was in terms of cooking utensils but there were no coffee filters or seasonings at all. Also, we needed an additional blanket but could only find sheets. The balcony furniture was great…we really enjoyed spending time out on the balcony every day listening to the waves! The condo complex was very nice! We enjoyed the pools and loved being able to walk right out onto the beach! The elevator was fast and parking was easy and close to the elevators. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by! Overall, we really loved this place and hope we get to come back again soon!

Clean - sort of

The hard surfaces were, for the most part, clean. However, the bedroom carpets were verrrrry filthy. The shower in the Master bathroom leaked profusely - water ran under the glass walls and completely across the room all around the toilet. The shower in the second bathroom would spray water over the top of the glass walls and across the bathroom if the control knob was turned a certain way. The floor behind the master bath toilet in the master bath has an ugly stain on it. Not sure what it is. The ice maker decided to quit working and stayed that way for a couple of days. Thankfully, however, it finally came back on. The TV in the great room - we could never get it to work for us. We could not get to any of the primary channels like CBS, ABC and NBC. Some instructions would be helpful. When we arrived, there was to be a free parking pass in the condo. But there was NO parking pass in the condo. I went to the office. After a lot of discussion, the man on duty (a great helper, by the way) finally gave us a pass. All unnecessary and hopefully he did not get in trouble for doing so And finally, all stuffed furniture sank to the floor when you sat on it - VERY uncomfortable. This unit has the potential for being a truly beautiful and comfortable place to stay. However, it is likely that we would not rent it again unless many of these issues were addressed. We did love the view and the balcony furniture . . . the "best room in the house." Jim Martin

Everything was great! There were two jetted tubs and one bathroom the faucet handle was broken. But there are two showers and two tubs so this wasn’t a deal breaker. Great place to stay!!

A big condo with lots of room however was disappointed that the master room wasn't part of ocean view. A huge living room but really needed an upgrade on couches etc. A ton of lamps & the bulbs were shot. Gorgeous ocean view. Overall not bad!

Great spot

The unit is situated perfectly on the 11th floor for a great view of the beach and gulf. It is furnished nicely and the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the area. The glassware inventory needs to be updated especially in the ice tea and whiskey/old fashion sizes.

This has potential to be our annual condo,but the cleanliness has taken away from that. The master bathroom shower was full of mold and the fixtures didnt work properly. The other shower had someone's hair all in it where it hadn't been cleaned. The walls of the condo were scuffed up and the whole place needs a paint job. The balcony was more dirty than the parking garage and we couldnt go out there barefoot because it was sticky with something.
