We are very displeased with the whole stay and tried to speak to the VRBO manager through messages but was never able to get any issues fixed and asked for a refund but no response about that. . First we were notified of a new fridge delivery (fridge worked fine) that would be the next day and had to take out all our food and place in coolers and buy ice and that was a huge mess and expense of buying coolers and several bags of ice. The washer did not work, and towels were musty and damp feeling when we arrived. The exhaust made a terrible sound and did not work, dirty dishes mixed with clean ones, dirty coffee pot. Some beds lacked mattress covers. One bed frame was smaller than the mattress causing bending. They told me a handy man was coming to fix issues on Monday but did not show, then they said on Tuesday and he did does but only fixed exhaust cause washer needed an appliance guy. Next day came appliance guy and he couldn’t fix it due to needing replace or parts and it was up to management to decide which. We had to be there for all these people, clean up messes, unable to wash musty damp towels or clothes of a Family of 8 for 5 days. Some bedroom outlets are pushed back into The walls and no covers and dangerous. So we are very unhappy and believe we should get some type of refund. When booked it said it had a washer and we should not have had to be available for waiting on these deliveries, the handyman, etc. it was not a vacation! Refund should be given.
