Overall property appears dated, elevators are in need of maintenance and run really slow but I enjoy staying at sugar beach!! The location to the beach, all the pools and the sugar shack is an added bonus! The condo was clean and just what my aunt and I needed! It was an amazing weekend!

The only improvement would be to put a smart tv downstairs so that guests can use their online streaming services as needed. Difficult with college football bowl games & no ESPN downstairs.

Great place, amazing vacation

This was our first family vacation and it couldn't have gone better. Nice clean condo, had everything we needed. We had some much fun at the beach and in the pool. We would love to go back and would recommend to anyone. The whole process was easy, and everyone was super friendly they stayed in contact with me making sure to answer all my questions, that we arrived, and that we had check out instructions. Took husband to orange beach for his birthday. We had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect. Only recommendation would be need to put pull string on fan upstairs because we would like to have used it but it is on high.

Not a 5-Star Resort, but Completely Acceptable

We chose this VRBO condo because of its proximity to a Phoenix property where our children were staying. We were generally pleased with the condo. It was comfortable for two people and was very convenient to the beach. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the upstairs shower. We were unable to use the upstairs shower because the water pressure was only a trickle, and thus, we were thankful for the second bath.
