Discover the pristine white sands of Orange Beach at this Grande Caribbean condo located directly across the road from the warm and inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico, right next to the Cotton Bayou Boat Launch, and two miles from Adventure Island. Or, if you are feeling like taking a leisurely stroll, there is access to the Cotton Bayou Trail leading into the Gulf State Park directly behind the condo, about a fourth of a mile to the start of the trailhead. This sparkling, third-floor vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a sunny living area with a wall-mounted, cable-equipped TV, and a furnished balcony with direct Gulf views. While staying here, you and your guests will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, BBQ area with picnic tables, and a fitness room.

Great complex, condo and location

Loved the location to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and the beach was right across the street. The condo itself was clean, nice appliances and the balcony was great. This condo is a 1b/1b so good for 2 people and maybe a child. Pool area is very nicely done!

I like reviews that give lookers some details so here we go. Mattress is very firm. I slept fine but some that are used to a softer bed might want to keep looking. Even with the traffic…there’s such a nice view from the balcony and the traffic cannot be heard from inside. Internet speed is super slow which we only realized trying to watch a movie late at night. Super easy checkout list. Got a call about a realtor while I was there so heads up, the owner is looking to sell soon.

Great Condo

Short one night stay

This was a cute condo for one night. Not too far from the walk over to the public beach. There were some stains on the side chair and the kitchen cabinet knobs could use cleaning. Overall it’s was a nice condo.

Nasty. Room was gross. There was ants coming into the bedroom from the outside, it needs a good or I should say deep good cleaning! The pillows in the living room were nasty. The furniture was very dirty. The chairs were ripped at seam. Found food in the cushions. I definitely would not recommend.. I did reach out and let.Vasca know. We left a day early because I don’t like the dirty! The baseboard is really needed a good cleaning. There was dried blood on the bunkbed mattress as as well as one of the pillows. Just gross!

Beach Trip

The condo is ideally located next to the beach and comfortably fit our group of 4. Just make sure to follow the parking pass rules. Also deducted one star because they only gave us one roll of toilet paper and paper towels for the whole week. Had to go and buy our own. But that is a minor issue. Overall, great experience.

Disappointed

I have stayed at the Grand Caribbean condos before so I am familiar with the property. It is located right across from the beach and you can choose to walk or drive (if you drive they are now charging for parking so take money). The condo faced the ocean so that was a plus. However, I was very disappointed with cleanliness of the property. The shower lining had not been replaced in what looked like years due to the build up of mold on it. The bedding hadn’t been washed and smelled. The air conditioner was set to change at different times of the day as well as night (we became aware of this when awakened at 3:00 am in a pool of sweat because it changed to 78 in the middle of June). The maintenance man that came to help with the air and missing shower drain was very nice but our calls to replace the disgusting shower liner went unanswered. The mattress in the bedroom is Horrible and needs replacing. I am usually not one to complain but when I’m paying for cleaning services as part of my stay I expect a clean place. I would recommend hiring another cleaning service.

Enjoyed our stay

This property met our basic needs for a girls trip. The beds were not comfortable at all, but we aren’t very picky. Location was pretty good with just a walk across to the beach. However, you have to walk around the building first. There is no front entrance to the crosswalk. Overall, it was a good stay. They didn’t require us to do much before leaving on check out day. It’s also a keyless entry which is nice. Parking was easy and the beach has paid parking across the street if you would rather drive. Just get there by 1030 am for a parking place.
