Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Great property but unit needs to add basics

First, the property was wonderful. We had a great time at the lazy river and enjoyed the view immensely. Unit was clear but bare. The kitchen didn’t even have salt! We like staying in VRBOs because of the homey vibes and amenities. This unit left us running to the grocery store twice in a weekend for kitchen essentials. Overall, I would stay on property again but not this unit.

Unit was exceptional and just as expected. The owner was very responsive prior to arrival. Never had to reach out during the stay. SIDE NOTE: if you need to rent a boat slip at the complex, reach out DIRECTLY to management at the property NOT Brett Robinson. That part was a nightmare for us!!!! In the end it was made right but not until after much chaos to start.
