Lovely 3BR Gulf Front Condo - Phoenix II 2071

  • Lovely 3 bedroom, well-appointed 7th floor condo. All the comforts of home and then some - recliner, swivel rockers, new/comfortable mattresses and beautifully decorated. There are also brand new floor to ceiling windows looking out onto white sand and gorgeous blue waters! The location is convenient to great restaurants and shopping. Don't miss out on a great opportunity to wake up to a glorious sunrise and end the day with a beautiful sunset, right on the beach.

    *Please note: Phoenix II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

    On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

A bit dated but overall great.

I wish check-in were earlier in the day. The unit itself was extremely spacious, and had great views. It could use some updating, but iverall great little getaway.

Check-in was smooth. The beach and gulf view were wonderful. The layout of the condo worked well for our 7 member family with plenty of sitting and sleeping room. The bathrooms were on the smaller size but not an issue. The master bath could use an update but also not an issue, I would suggest black out curtains for the master bedroom for sleeping due to the outside lighting. We would stay here again.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Clean facilities, nice pools, quick beach access, loved sitting on our balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the ocean. Very relaxing.
