The condo was just as described and pictured. Check-in and out were seamless. The location was great, the beach access was easy, and the view was amazing! Our stay in Orange Beach was very relaxing and our accomodations were top-notch!

This is a nice condo in an excellent location. During our stay, the beach in front of the condo was never crowded which made it even nicer. We would certainly stay here again. On a side note, the CoastAL restaurant next door is really great: spot, guitar player, food, drinks, gift shop.

This was such a wonderful stay for my family! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was terrific. My mother has some mobility issues and the closeness of the beach really made our stay more enjoyable. We also got some use out of the swimming pool on a day that the water was a little too rough for my 4 year old. The host, Dusty, was super quick at responding to a couple questions I had regarding check in and an extra parking pass. I absolutely plan on booking here again for our next beach trip.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony.The only disappointment was that the indoor and outdoor pools were closed due to maintenance issues. We knew the owner couldn’t help change that! We would definitely go back to this condo!

Condo was very nice, and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only complaint is the freezer would not freeze anything. The toilet seat in master bath was broken but was taken care of promptly. The condo is located close to great restaurants. Publix and Walmart close by. We loved it at Summerchase and will stay there again. Dusty was easy to get in touch with and answer any questions we had.

Wonderful property

First of all, we loved staying at Summerchase. The guards were kind and helpful, and the other guests/residents were friendly. It was quiet and laid back, unlike many of the overcrowded Phoenix Condos. The property was well maintained, and the beach was nice and empty, even over a holiday weekend. The unit itself was fairly clean and quite spacious. I’ve never had such a well stocked kitchen in a condo! The only issue we ran into was that our sheets were sandy and I’m not sure they were washed. I would have reached out to the condo manager, but it was pretty late and my priority was getting my 9 month old to sleep. I simply washed them the next day. Not a big deal. The condo manager was really helpful regarding our parking passes. We didn’t really need anything else from him, but he gave us his number and I felt that he would have been very helpful had we needed anything else. We’d definitely stay here again.
