SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King bed with recently updated coastal-style furnishings including flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, quality linens, and access to ensuite bathroom. Large windows provide natural light and views of the Old River. Locks on bedroom door provide privacy.
Guest Bedroom: One queen bed, and one twin day bed with pull out trundle style. with recently updated with new, ceiling fan, and quality linens. Spacious layout accommodates four guests comfortably. Shares second full bathroom. Locks on bedroom door for privacy.
Total Sleeping Capacity: 8 guests (King bed in primary +1 Queen in guest bedroom with twin and pull out trundle, sofa sleeper in living room)

Equipped with a smart TV with streaming capability, and large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide views of Old River. The layout connects seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen, creating an ideal space for gathering after beach days or boating adventures. Ceiling fan and central air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round.
The dining area features a table with seating for 6, positioned near windows with bayside views. Whether you're enjoying fresh Gulf seafood from local restaurants or cooking meals in your full kitchen, this space offers comfortable dining with a view.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, countertops, and all essential appliances for meal preparation during your Orange Beach vacation. Stainless steel appliances include full-size refrigerator with ice maker, electric range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Complete cookware, dishes, utensils, serving pieces, and wine glasses are provided. Kitchen essentials include coffee maker (bring your favorite grounds!), toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. Pantry storage and counter space make it easy to stock up at nearby Publix or Walmart.

Parking at Wind Drift: To keep your arrival stress-free, vehicle registration is required at least 7 days before check-in. Parking passes are purchased per vehicle (max 2 per condo). 10-Day Stay: $62.36, 10–14 Day Stay: $112.00, 31-Day Stay: $120.00. Once registered, stop by the lobby upon arrival to pick up your physical parking pass and display it on your dashboard. Boat Registration & Dock Fees – Wind Drift Complex
Guests bringing a boat are required to pay a registration fee for boatyard/dock access and register 7 days before check-in. Current rates for renters and non-owner guests:
Daily: $50/day
Weekly: $300/week
Seasonal: $300/month (November 1 – February 28)

Boat Parking Details: Boat/trailer parking available with advance notice. Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents completed no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are ineligible for boat parking. Boat/trailer decals cost $50/day or $300/week plus $50 service fee. You may tie up to a boat slip (first-come, first-served). If all slips are taken, boats must be removed from water. When you complete required HOA documents, this reserves a spot for boat and trailer. No refunds unless mandatory evacuation. Snowbird Monthly Parking Rate: $150 per month.
