Take that well-deserved vacation and come enjoy all that Palm Beach has to offer! The fourth-floor views are sweet, and the family friendly amenities will surely please everyone. New owners have added a new king bed, bedding, decor, paint, and more!

THE SPACE: Welcome to our coastal paradise! The front door opens to a spacious open floor plan. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen which includes a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. There is room for everyone to dine with seating for two at the bar and four at the dining table. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV. You have convenient access to the patio with a table and four chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! Relax and watch the kids play at the pool. You won't be cramped in this large master suite with room for all your beach gear. There is convenient access to the patio from the master if you want to tip toe outside to wait for the sunrise! Relax in the super comfortable king size bed and watch your favorite program on the flat screen TV. The spacious master bath has two vanities...one is a makeup vanity and the other has double sinks. Enjoy both a separate tub and a walk-in shower. For your convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer. Also, there is a half bath located off the kitchen. You will also love the key-less entry system---no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Soft white sand beaches and spectacular sun sets await you. Our complex is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Relax on the beach or lounge by the pool. Wind down your evening watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Palm Beach amenities include two seasonally heated pools, bathrooms conveniently located by the pools, outside vending, garden/courtyard, fitness center, free internet and WIFI, private balcony, security, onsite parking and private beach access. There is even a water sprayer located at the boardwalk to wash the sand away. Parking is paid through a parking and info will be sent with your arrival instructions.This is the perfect place to enjoy all that Orange Beach has to offer.

*You must be 25 to rent this unit. *Proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed. *Required parking fee purchased from online app, info sent with arrival instructions. MAX ONE (1) VEHICLE. Price to subject to change. No boats or trailers allowed on property. *Note: A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. THE AREA: Take advantage of the many local restaurants for dinner...Cobalt, Anchor Bar & Grill, Cosmos, GT's on the Bay, Big Fish, The Gulf or OSO at Bear Point. Enjoy shopping at San Roc Cay or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. You are close to The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and a movie theater. We really emjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and up to date. Liked that we could go to pool or just walk out to the beach. The beach was not crowded and always looked nice. A great place to stay.

We love Palm Beach

This was our second year in this unit and we love it. It is clean and well stocked with whatever you need. Palm Beach is just a perfect location and a very quiet and beautiful place. We hope to be back next year for a longer visit.

Loved our little place at the beach. Had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Right across from trail head for the best biking trails at Gulf State Park, I was able to bike while my husband was at his conference. Close to restaurants, groc store, shopping, etc…

Beautiful Condo and Resort!

Very accurate description! We knew exactly what we needed to bring with Us so we would be fully prepared for our vacation! The condo itself was very nice, quiet, and clean. We loved the resort and the pool. It was very nice that the resort is not a high rise and that there is not another resort on the west side, making the beach area feel secluded and not as packed with other beach goers. We are already planning to come back for a family trip and would definitely recommend staying at Stephanie's condo, or at least in the Palm Beach Resort!

Vacay with Grandkids & Family

There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, one of which was when the handyman showed up unannounced at our door during our stay. He graciously said he'd return to fix the issue after we checked out. Very friendly guy. The shower floor was slippery with no skid proofing. The toilet in the master bath has a loose nut which caused the toilet to rock back and forth. The microwave light illuminating the stove didn't work. On the upside, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Best of all, the unit was clean and nicely decorated.

Perfect spot for Gulf beach and backcountry

We booked the D44 condo unit at Palm Beach for four nights. The directions on how to get there, what to do when we got there, and what they have in the unit is all very clear. Knowing this, we brought food, drinks, paper goods, and other extras, and the condo had everything else we needed. The place itself is quiet and roomy with a master bedroom and an extra large master bathroom. There's a powder room off the kitchen. We were comfortable in the living room, watching TV and doing a puzzle. We also enjoyed the balcony with a view of the pool and the shoreline beyond. We took full advantage of the access to the beach. We also discovered, right across the street, the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead. They have e-bike rentals at the hotel, and I was able to rent a bike for an afternoon and explore the area, where I saw two gators, two bald eagles, and a turtle. All in all, a fantastic and memorable trip at a nice, clean, and accommodating condo right where we wanted to be. Will definitely come back.

Nice quiet getaway

The property is small and quiet. I love that it’s not a crowded beach area. The condo was very clean and the property manager was very responsive to messages. My family of six fit comfortably, and we enjoyed staying here!

Wonderful Girls’ Trip

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to Orange Beach!! The condo and resort grounds are beautiful. This is our 2nd time to stay at the Palm Beach Resort. This condo is very up to date and well maintained. The views are beautiful! I will definitely be coming back.
