    Step inside to a light and bright open living space featuring newer furnishings, fresh paint, and thoughtfully updated accents throughout. Enjoy relaxing in a modern, inviting atmosphere while taking in serene ocean views right from your condo.

    The well-appointed layout comfortably accommodates guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or a friends’ retreat. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach, this space is designed for relaxation.

    The reservation comes with TWO (2) parking passes for the complex. If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office which is about two miles from the complex for $50 per stay.

    AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
