Clean and Low Key

Our stay was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is new so there weren’t things that maybe some place acquire over time like pen and paper minor things that you just don’t think about until you don’t have them. Not a whole lot of people around so I was nice and private. The pool is not in front of the ocean like most condos but nevertheless it has a pool. Would definitely return.

The condo was just as beautiful in person as on the website. The view and proximity to the beach was spectacular. We could not have asked for a nicer, clean, more relaxing space. I would like to comment on the parking. I understand there were only 2 cars you could have on the property. When I originally called about parking the representative told me that there would be a guard shack on site to direct to off-site parking which would be nearby. There was no guard shack. We finally found a space that read 7W which was under the building which was great. There was no 7W out in the parking lot and only a couple of guest parking, which we assumed was for the condo you passed upon entering and those were quickly full. I. had paid for the second parking pass too. As we pulled under the carport, we saw other cars parked back to back. I just thought the middle section of garage was for one of the vehicles. The first warning we received, we thought, was because my 85 year old father could not get his tag to hang on rearview mirror (which that is what the warning said) so we corrected it. On Sunday we found another warning. It was then we searched the parking lot for a second 7W but did not see one. I did receive an email about parking but not being familiar, I had no idea the distance the lots were from the condo and that there was NO guard shack to assist us. Overall, the stay was great. The parking situation needs to be worked on, if possible.

Great Condo!

Perdido Dunes Tower was the perfect place for our family vacation. Roomy, immaculate and a great location right on the beach. I understand the Tower had been recently updated. Management responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Great location . Great view. Condo was beautiful with plenty of room. Only negative was the pool. Very small. However, if you don’t care about the pool I would highly recommend this condo. God Bless

Condo was great really pretty. Could use blinds or curtains in living room to block glare on tv. Pool area needs a facelift but we didn’t use it much. Parking was difficult for big vehicles and hard to find parking for guest even though we bought a second parking pass. Overall I would use it again.

Stunning view, subpar experience

This condo has a lot going for it — beautiful views, an updated and clean space, comfy beds, a helpful welcome guide, and carts for unloading. The elevator worked well, and overall the home itself was very comfortable.Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor service and some logistical issues. We were told in writing that we could check in at 10 AM but didn’t receive check-in information until 4:13 PM. Even after calling, the issue wasn’t handled with urgency or care, which made for a stressful start to our trip.Parking was another challenge. Even with a paid pass, the lot was tight, limited, and difficult to navigate. The pool was small and located at the back of the building with no view. The walk to the beach was longer than expected, and beach mats (like nearby condos provide) would’ve helped.Inside, the bathroom fans were extremely loud and tied to the lights. Some bedrooms lacked overhead lighting, there was no full-length mirror, and the porch didn’t have enough seating for our group. The water heater was small — hot water ran out after just two showers, which is tough for a unit that sleeps 10. We also struggled with locking the door due to unclear instructions.Finally, the cleaning crew arrived at 8:50 AM on checkout day and blocked our door, even though checkout was at 10. This added unnecessary pressure to leave early.The condo has potential, but the service and amenities need attention.
