This stunning top-floor corner unit at Phoenix 7 1501 offers three bedrooms and two baths, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. The master suite features a king bed and private balcony with north-facing views, while the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom offers a king bed, perfect for families or groups.

The condo is beautifully decorated with tile floors and area rugs for warmth, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas provide plenty of natural light and a corner view of the surroundings. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the balcony and enjoy dining outdoors with plenty of seating and a dining table.

The remodeled kitchen features black appliances and a separate bar with ice maker. The breakfast bar seats four, and the dining table seats six under a gorgeous chandelier.

The master bathroom includes a single vanity and a glass walk-in shower, while the second bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Flatscreen TVs are mounted in all bedrooms for your convenience.
