    Sleeping arrangements include:

    • A king-size bed in the master bedroom.
    • A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.

    The condo features a large balcony with plenty of seating, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning Gulf-front views. Inside, the unit is tiled throughout for easy maintenance and comfort.

    The bathroom includes a single vanity and a tub-shower combination for convenience.

    The dining room table seats four, and there are two additional chairs in the living room for extra seating.

    Phoenix I is conveniently located near all the best dining, shopping, and entertainment in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, making it the perfect base for your beach vacation!

    On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay.
