Well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps six is on the 15th floor of the Phoenix VI. Recent upgrades in the condo, with tile throughout, include a remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, Travertine tile backsplash and improved cabinetry; a 55-inch TV in living area; and updated master bathroom with granite countertops, among other improvements.

·         Living area, with Gulf-front views through floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony access, features a Queen sofa sleeper, flatscreen television, DVD player, stereo system, two leather recliners and extra seating.

·         Fully equipped kitchen features black appliances, cream-colored cabinetry, granite countertops and a wide, two-seat breakfast bar. For guests' convenience there is a Keurig K-cup coffee maker or the traditional Mr. Coffee.

·         Dining area has an oval, glass-topped table with seating for six on padded cloth chairs.

·         Master bedroom has King-size bed, a flatscreen television and direct balcony access.

·         Ensuite master bathroom features an extended vanity, granite countertop, with his-and-her sinks and a separate shower and bathtub combination.

·         Second bedroom features two full-size beds and a flatscreen television.

·         Second bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination.

·         Breathtaking Gulf-front views can be enjoyed from the balcony at the round patio table with seating for four plus additional chairs and a chaise lounge.
