Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Fall Break

We have had a relaxing stay. We enjoyed playing pickle ball, the pool and walking on the beach. We came down to relax with our college aged son and it was a success.

When we arrived the door code did not work, but liquid life resolved it quickly. The room did not look like the room I booked. The door on the front bedroom wouldn’t close, it hits the bed. The sheets on one of the beds was dirty, we had to wash them ourselves to be able to use that bed. I texted the company about the sheets with a photo, but they did not reply. The ice maker is loud, so if you’re a light sleeper it will likely wake you up. It’s a convenient location. The setup process was seamless, and the information provided by Liquid Life was helpful with all door codes needed, hours for amenities, etc. There are great restaurants close.

Great trip

Was a great spot to stay with the family. Enjoyed the location and weather. Only negative I have is that did not know we would have to pay $55 dollars to park there for two days. Every place I have stayed at in Orange beach has had a parking permit that came with room. I would understand if it was for additional cars or preferred parking. But not knowing this ahead of time was not ideal!

Loved stay right on the beach!

Great place to stay on the beach! First time at Pheonix 7. Parking wasn't a problem and it was close to everything we needed. Liked the partial runner from the boardwalk to the beach...made the walk easier. The condo was nicely decorated, updated and clean..bed was comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more...other than a hairdryer. :) Thanks for an awesome stay! Would definitely go back.

Great Beachfront Condo

We had a great time in Orange Beach for a Spring Break getaway! The condo was clean and honestly more updated than the pics even showed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Great pools and the beach was fabulous! We had an issue with our car breaking down while we were in town, and the property manager graciously gave us a late checkout since our car wasn’t ready. We will be back!

Great place, great view

Loved the location, being able to see the beach and gulf right from the balcony. Really enjoyed having coffee each morning before we headed out on adventures for the day, or just headed down to relax. The pool is open late, which was great since it was very hot while we were there, and hoping in the water as the sun set was a fantastic way to cool off. There was also an inside pool, which would be great in cooler weather or when it's raining outside. Overall a great time.

Orange Beach

We had a short stay in Orange Beach. My husband, myself, and sister and brother-in-law went down to visit our oldest daughter and family who were driving in from Texas. The communication was great and the place was very nice. Furniture different from pics but everything else was great! The deck was large and the view was fantastic. The pool was awesome, could use a few more umbrellas but nonetheless was very comfortable. Quite a few kids so if looking more so an adult vacation, probably not the place for you. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Also beach and grounds were very clean!

Nice unit

The condo was clean and as advertised. Discrepancy between checkin time on VRBO listing and what was sent to me with instructions just prior to checkin, but it was a small difference and appears to have been corrected in the listing since then. Management communicated quickly when I sent a message. Overall I was happy with the experience with the unit itself. The Phoenix 7 HOA is another story... the fee for a parking pass was $58-- a lot more than the range that was quoted prior to arrival. The listing needs to be updated to reflect the current amount and the HOA membership needs to stand up for their guests.
