We had a great time at the beach!
This property was clean and comfortable. It was centrally located in the building and had a parking deck on the same floor. We had no issues at all and would stay here again.

We were three women who stayed at the Phoneix 10. We had a great time even though the weather did not fully cooperate. The accommodations were more than adequate, comfortable, and very nicely done. The closeness to the beach from the pool was excellent and most convenient. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking on each floor made loading and unloading fast and efficient.
