Just slide open the double set of French doors and enjoy your 12th-floor balcony right away. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools, relax in the hot tub, or even hit the gym. Inside, you’ll find an open and light-filled living space with plenty of counter space in the well-equipped kitchen. There’s even a dining table and table on the balcony for meals. When you’re ready to explore, you’re just a short walk away from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even visit Palm Point Plaza, which is just a mile away. Gulf State Park is a bit further down the road, but central Gulf Shores is just a few miles away. After a day of beach fun, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of your laundry. And if you want to relax and unplug, you can spend the night back on the balcony, admiring the night sky over the Gulf. - No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- This rental is located on the 12th floor.
- PARKING: Parking passes for your stay can be purchased upon arrive at either the guard house or the Summer House office across the street. You may purchase up to two passes at $51.50 each. A third vehicle or trailer may be park in the gravel lot across the street free of charge. The guard can help you with these details. Parking lot is gated with an on-duty guard.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental uses an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. The code is reset after each guest’s stay. Just a heads up, you’ll need to be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: Marijuana Use Will Not Be Tolerated

Marijuana use is still illegal in Alabama. Summer House strictly enforces this law with 24/7 surveillance and designated staff monitoring for violations. No warnings are given—if marijuana use is detected, the Orange Beach Police Department (OBPD) is contacted immediately.
