Romar Lakes 301C in Orange Beach, AL is a beautiful vacation rental. This cozy condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and three bedrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the peaceful surroundings or spend your days lounging by the pool or on the nearby beach. With plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, Romar Lakes 301C is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. This unit features a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in one guest and a full in the other guest room. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combination perfect for bathing the little ones. Romar Lakes also has a great walking trail with a cabana perfect for watching all of our local wildlife.

The beach is just a short walk across the street with a crosswalk at a light.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
