The Enclave is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL and is within walking distance of fine-dining and shopping. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Nice stay

Definitely would stay again. Great location with grocery stores across street and eateries nearby. Small parking lot BUT this condo had dedicated garage parking so wasn't an issue.

Siblings and Spouses weekend

Clean, comfortable, great location. 3 adult couples had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some time away. Beach access was easy, property was well kept, management was attentive when we reached out with a question about one of the TV's. Kitchen was well equipped for the easy meals we prepared. Plenty of towels, beach towels and linens. The toilet paper and paper towel supply was ample for 6 adults for 4 nights. Across the street from anything you would need for your stay and a great beach location. Would stay again for sure!

Great condo in a great place

The condo was just as the pictures. Very well decorated. Great furniture beds were very comfortable. The location is right across the street from grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. This condo also has a great pool that is designed for kids. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very First Visit to Alabama

My daughters and I were in need of some R&R. We had never visited Alabama. It was an amazing getaway! We enjoyed the location very much. We would like to rent this same condo for next year, same time in April. Thank you, KDM

Nice

The condo was very nice and roomie but the dryer scarcely worked and we did not get clickers to be able to enjoy private parking as advertised. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Great family unit!

This unit was beautiful, and the perfect location. Our only complaints were the porch light didn’t work and the dryer was awful. We had to run it 3 times to get anything dry. With four children, we rely on the in house washer/dryer. Everything else was wonderful!

Nice unit with a great view

Overall, our stay was great. We did have some maintenance issues which were resolved same day. The check in process was a little confusing due to being unable to find security initially to get parking passes. The parking situation is not ideal as there were a couple of evenings we had to park across the street, which is not ideal with small children and having to cross a busy street. The unit itself is very nice and clean and the view is great.

Clean and a wonderful view!

Extremely clean condo! It does need a couple of upgrades, but I will definitely stay again if it's around the same price and has the few upgrades completed! A latch needs to be installed on the front door for safety. After the 1st night, we had a suprise visit by pest control! The rug in the living room needs to be replaced! Some comfy chairs on the balcony would be awesome! The king-size bed is amazing, but the other 3 beds are absolutely horrible and extremely noisy. Also need curtains in the other 2 rooms so you are not blinded by the light in the morning on vacation, haha! Was extremely impressed on how clean the condo was, and the view was perfect! I've stayed at the Enclave several times, and this particular condo would have to be my favorite, minus the uncomfy beds.

We enjoyed this condo and location. It is beautifully decorated and had large bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Loved having the codes to the room and beach. Enjoyed having small ice in the ice machine. The dryer and dishwasher had some issues but the maintenance came up and gave us some tips.

When we arrived, the place was beyond clean, it was immaculate. Had everything we needed for our stay, even had a large ice maker, which was super convenient. The view was amazing! Will definitely rent again.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. There was issues with the parking space provided. The space was not adequate because the car next to the space was not pulled over far enough for the driver to get out and because of the column. Security acted like they couldn’t do anything and I was not permitted to park in another spot. The next day when I called management they said security had to deal with it.

Building Construction

When booking, I was unaware by the fact that this particular condo was being worked on. Which meant that the access gate to our condo was blocked off. We had to walk to the road and walk over the condo to use their access gate. With a 2, 6, and 8 year old, having to walk to a busy highway to get to beach access was inconvenient and I would not have booked this condo had I know this information. The outdoor poor is being redone, therefore the outdoor was unavailable for use, which is something else not disclosed. Another issue was that on Tuesday night of our stay, weather turned severe. I called the after hours number about a location to go to in case of a tornado. The person I spoke with said there should be a manual with information like that. When a tornado warning was issued, we went downstairs to ask the security officer. He also had no clue and was no help.

Great times

This was ideal for our group. 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms was awesome. The only suggestions were the sliding glass doors were hard to.open also using TVs need to have instructions. Beach rentals delivered beach wheelchair when I had to have emergency surgery 2weeks prior to going on vacation so I was able to get to beach. Plenty of linens and towels. Great communication.
