CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Perfect spot

My partner and I stayed for a week and we loved the location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It had a few blemishes which you could expect with condos that are rented regularly but for us it was perfect! We plan on booking the same condo again next year! Until then Silver Beach 805 , thanks for the memories!

Great condo newly remodeling. Clean. There was a odor I think it could have been the paint. It was better in a couple of days. The elevator gave us a scare several times.

Overall the location of this condo is great. Pool was clean. Condo was very clean. Grounds were clean. And that it is pet friendly was so exciting as we’ve never travelled with our chihuahua. But the condo could use some SERIOUS updating. The dryer didn’t work very well. There was rust on the outdoor furniture (it really wasn’t in good shape and not the same as the photos) also rust in main bath shower. And even though there are charcoal grills, there were no grilling tools in the condo- long handled tongs, spatula, etc. There were also no crab crackers, or corn cob holders (nice to haves)

Sand in my Boots Festival

Location was perfect. The building was clean. The other residents very friendly. The unit met my expectations and beyond. The balcony got a lot of use. Morning coffee overlook the water was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful Orange Beach

The view of the beach & water was outstanding! The condo we stayed was nice and well-equipped. The condo might need a little refreshing with furniture at some point. In the meantime it does the trick. Orange Beach is a nice area with lots of good restaurants and also close to the Wharf Amphitheater. We will vacation there again in the future.

Nice Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed our two week stay at Silver Beach. The unit was clean and the building was very well kept. We arrived two days after the snow storm and the maintenance staff did a great job in getting the snow removed. Check-in was a breeze, with great communication. We liked having easy access to the beach along with the view from our balcony. There are several restaurants and stores nearby, many which are in walking distance, that we found convenient. Overall, it was a great experience.

Orange Beach - Silver Beach 805

Overall the condo was furnished adequately and offered a wonderful view of Orange Beach. The beach was a short walk from the elevator with beautiful white gulf coast sand. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, although the 2nd bedroom was somewhat small. All units were getting a cable TV upgrade when we left but the so can't comment on that but the main TV is atrocious as there were no instructions and you had to reprogram the remote each time by holding down the Toshiba key for 10 seconds for the remote to work. That took a while to figure out. The bedroom TVs were fine. Overall, very nice as we spent 12 days there and were very happy. All condo's are small dog friendly!

We have been staying at the Silver Beach condominiums for probably more than 16 years. I believe our last trip there was in 2016 and due to some medical issues, we have not been back so this was the first year back. We were not able to go through Picard. It was sad to hear that Janice and that company was no longer. however, dealing with Alabama getaway vacation rentals was a dream. The condo was perfect and was exactly as advertised.We took our son and his girlfriend for his 21st birthday and we had an absolute blast and positive we will be back and we will always use silver beach condominiums. The only issue we had were the elevators as I have mobility issues so when they go down I’m stuck..they were however working on them so hopefully that will be a non issue in the future.

Not what I expected

This unit has a beautiful view and the location is perfect but the unit itself needs some major updating! Stained rugs and furniture, walls need painting and the fans in the bathroom are so loud and need to be replaced. Both lamps in the main bedroom didn’t work and yes they were plugged in! Being on the 8 th floor was a bit of a hassle because the elevator is very slow! We still enjoyed our stay and love the area as it’s close to everything!

Perfect beach get away for families

We love Orange Beach, and have stayed twice at the Silver Beach property. Perfect location - groceries, beach supplies, ice cream, Starbucks and restaurants right across the street. Easy walk to the beachfront - gorgeous views, pet friendly building - quick drive to Gulf Shores, and Florabama. Totally recommend!

Great Vacation

Great location! The property is located directly across the street from grocery stores, restaurants, beach stores, etc. The property is pet friendly but we never heard dogs barking. It was a great place for a family vacation!

A easy day at the beach.

As promised, the unit was accessible and clean upon arrival. Impressive bedding, and an abundance of bath towels are a given. Our trip was enjoyable, and the pet friendly atmosphere made it even better. A late night walk with our dog was effortless. Overall a plus for pet friendly travelers seeking an ocean view.
