perfect for one or 2 people
This condo is perfect for a mini vaca for one or two people who plan to be out and about for most of the stay. The condo is small but immaculate and very well laid out. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Air conditioner full of mildew, no cold air
There is no way to get fresh air I. This unit window is painted shut. Only door opens into a closed in hallway. When I turned on a/c there was green/black mold all inside unit. Let the VERY Small took cool off for 2 hours. Came back just as muggy and hot as it was before. Found an extremely dirty fan in the cabinet that we had to clean in the shower to get the gunk and dust off. Still never cooked so we had to leave in the middle of the night. Also be ware this place is about the size of a postage stamp. With a dark damp closed in shower stall I wouldn’t stand I. If my life depended on it! DO NOT RECCOMEND

Great getaway
The room was small but very nice. Only complaint would be the shower. Its about the size of a shower in an RV. As far as the room being small my partner and I loved it. Also, the bed was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience.
The location was great and the size of the room was perfect for me and my son. Great access to the beach and we liked the covered parking area. I loved the keypad entry which kept us from having to worry about our room key.

This unit was VERY clean and comfortable. Everything about the unit was perfect and exactly as described. The access to the unit upon check in was very easy. The unit is a studio and not a large space but perfect for one or two people. I would stay there again without doubt.

We had a great stay. The description was accurate for this condo. Small, but worked well for 2 people who didn’t spend much time in the condo. Bring your own beach towels and shampoo and conditioner though. They were not provided. There is also a $35 parking fee. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at the property. It's small but very comfortable and has everything we need. I love the location and easy access to beach. Tom is so easy yo work with too! Great communication.

Beautiful Day on the Beach
The room was very clean and plenty of room for 2. Staying here is all about the access to a beautiful clean beach. Side bonuses - the complex has a rental service on the beach for umbrellas and chairs and there is a snack bar. I went to the beach at 6am and didn't have to go back to the room until the end of the day. The only negative comment would be the box fan available in the room had a lot of fuzz and dust bunnies dangling on it which wasn't good for my friend that has allergies.

The ad doesn't lie, the condo is on the smaller side which was perfect for my girlfriend and I. The complex itself is a tad older but I love the pool upstairs. Lots of times it was more secluded and away from kids than the other pools. Parking was easy and with it being on the first level it was easy to carry items up and down. My only complaint which the property owner this is not their fault is that the Dumpster outside is quite loud sometimes and with me being a lighter sleeper woke up a few times to that being used or the truck coming by to clear it. Outside of that this condo was great and I recommend to couples out there. Property on the beach. What more could you want.

We enjoyed our stay at sugar beach! They are older condos, but we’ll taken care of, clean and perfect location. The owner, Tom, was great to work with and very helpful. Yes, this is a smaller condo but for two people it’s perfect! Everything you need!

Wow! And not in a good way…
We really aren’t all that picky, especially when beach front. This place had issues! We walked in to a stale smell because the air wasn’t running. We went to turn it on and noticed the receptacle dangling from the wall so that little fingers could touch hot wires. The air ran for 2 mi it’s and turned off for 10, even after taking the owner’s suggestions on setting changes that may fix it. We found coffee grounds in the bottom of the pot, pubic hair in the shower, the trash drawer had a foul odor when opened, and I could go on and on. I wish these reviews allowed pictures. The property itself is very old, and not seemingly maintained the best, but I think a unit owned by a more hands on owner would be great for a stay. We got a refund for the rest of our stay and went across the street to a hotel. I will say owner was very responsive and did promptly refund us as promised. My guess is his maintenance and/or cleaning companies let him down.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. Our first conversation was only on a problem with the air conditioner that I easily talked you through on how to make an adjustment on the direction of air flow. For our next conversation, minutes later, It is odd that as soon as I solved that problem and nothing else had been mentioned in the previous conversation, you went to another concern of the "dirty" condo. I offered to have housekeeping come take care of any concerns you had and you did not want that. You then went to coffee grinds left in the coffemaker, of which I offered to have housekeeping take care of while there, of which you were not interested in either. Next was something about the "trim" not being right on the ceiling?????? Hmmmmm.

We had a pleasant weekend in the apartment and felt it was just as advertised. Not having any visitor parking was a slight inconvenience but is understandable. The beach is beautiful and the unit had everything we needed. Would book again.

It was an easy check in just paid the aforementioned parking fee then had the code for the door knob in my email already, has everything in the condo that was listed was right by the stairs so if you park by the exit you can get right to your car, only downside is there is no real place to leave your beach chairs and umbrella soo I left mine in the bed of my truck, if you have a car I might suggest just planning on renting a chair and umbrella from the on beach services and save yourself the headache but would recommend and would stay there again

What you see is what you get. The place is small but perfect size for you and your s/o. It was in a very convenient location. Minutes from everything. Loved being right on the beachX especially for the price. Only downfall was the air unit was little outdated and our room just never got cold, it was somewhat cool so it was bareable. But overall, good stay.
