  • Take in stunning Gulf-front views from this beautifully decorated 8th-floor condo at Summerchase. The spacious living room is perfectly positioned to showcase the emerald waters and sugar-white sand, with comfortable seating and tile floors throughout creating a bright, coastal feel.

    This unit comfortably sleeps 8 people with a well-designed layout, including a primary suite, additional guest bedrooms, and a third bedroom featuring two full-size beds, an ideal setup for families or larger groups.

    Step outside onto your private Gulf-front balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, and enjoy morning coffee or unwind with unforgettable sunset views. Beach service is included, so youā€™ll have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the sand.

    The kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, whether youā€™re cooking a full dinner or quick snacks between beach trips.

    The primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with balcony access and an en-suite bathroom that includes a separate shower. Additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for guests, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Nice Little Getaway

The condo was nice! Well equipped kitchen. The beach views were very pretty. I enjoyed spending time out on the balcony watching sunsets and listening to the waves hit the shore. The building was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

We only had 1 small burst of rain and the rest was perfect weather. The condo was perfect. Very centrally located to various shops and restaurants. Clean. Perfect layout for our family. Beautiful sunrise view. Condos were well cleaned and the property was well maintained. The elevator smelled like cleaning agents constantly which made me feel like it was being tended to.

Worst place Iā€™ve ever stayed in Orange Beach

The property manager made us feel like we called at inappropriate times as it was 1am when we woke up to water spewing from the toilet tank. Water was in 3 of the rooms at this point. Someone came with two GIANT dehumidifiers, but never cleaned up all the toilet water we were walking through. So we had to use the 5 towels they had given for our stay!(there were 8 people in our room for these 5 towels that we sopped up toilet water with!) They left the dehumidifiers in the small bathroom for over 36 hours which made that bathroom unusable. ( plus they were LOUD and the electric cords were running through water on the groundAND there was a tube dripping the toilet water into the sink)šŸ¤¢ One of the outlets was brown/ burnt and it shot sparks when we tried to use it. You basically had to leave light switches ON for outlets to work to charge your phone!???? There was sand in two of our beds upon arrival. The shower door fell off into the tub ... TWICE! When we called... they asked if it shattered. Since it didnā€™t we were toLd to steer clear of the danger and theyā€™d come look at it the next day. Everyone should use the ONE BATHROOM!!!!!ā€™ To shower and take care of other business!!! We basically had maintenance men in and out THE ENTIRE time. At first I emailed the property manager 5 times with several question about getting towels and parking. No response... when I called ... she told me they donā€™t answer emails since it was their busy time!šŸ˜³šŸ˜³šŸ˜³šŸ˜³( May 12-16) We got a parking ticket. Kitchen was ill equipped, no bar stools, and there is no table on the small balcony to enjoy. There were so many debacles that it almost became COMICAL! We were offered no recourse, no room change, no rebate..... NOTHiNG! Iā€™ve never dealt with a condo in such poor condition, or a property manager so shady with customer service. Worst vacation we have ever had, and we go to Orange Beach/GulfShores 2x per years. I have NEVER left a bad review!
