Welcome to Summerchase Penthouse, a stunning 4-bedroom beachfront condo perched on Orange Beach’s most desirable Gulf-front buildings. Designed for families and groups looking for both space and style, this condo offers sweeping ocean views, resort-style amenities, and the comfort of home—all just steps from the sand.

Step inside and feel the stress melt away as you're greeted by an open, sun-filled living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the endless blue of the Gulf. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, with plush seating, a large TV, and direct access to your private balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with the sound of the waves as your soundtrack.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining easy, whether you're cooking for the group or plating up local takeout. With modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and a dining table that seats everyone comfortably, it’s the heart of the home for gathering, sharing meals, or late-night laughs.

Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to offer a restful night’s sleep. The primary suite features Gulf views, a king bed, and a private entrance to the balcony. The other four bedrooms are perfect for kids, friends, or extended family—with a variety of bed configurations to suit any group.

House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
