Offering 1,800 sq. ft. of well-appointed living space and sleeping up to 10 guests, this condo provides plenty of room for large families or groups to spread out and relax.

You'll feel right at home in the open, airy floor plan, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning Gulf views from your private balcony. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals when you're not exploring Orange Beach's incredible seafood restaurants. Step out onto the large balcony where you can walk directly to the beach or pool—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding with a sunset drink.

The primary bedroom is ensuite and features private balcony access, ensuring you never miss those beautiful Gulf views. The first guest bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom. The remaining two guest bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom that also opens to the hallway, providing both privacy and practicality for everyone. Flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide extra comfort and convenience.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, The Enclave sits directly across from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and more—everything you need is within easy reach. With only 70 units, this low-density complex offers a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. Ground-level convenience means no long elevator waits and effortless access to the beach and pool.

Guests can enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the soft white sands of the Gulf.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. You can tell the unit was a corporate rental the unit was cleaner when we left than when we got there. May want to check into some other cleaning company. The host was good getting our information on schedule. Sara does an excellent job on pool grounds and all of her job title even helping with restaurant choices she works very hard need a nice raise this year. Also the security Guy was on top of his game. Other than cleanliness I would say a great place to stay.

Our getaway

Great location, very clean, had everything we needed but food, easy access to beach and pool and store for supplies. We had 9 people - a mixture of both adults and children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The three bathrooms were a plus. We would stay here again!

The Perfect Unit for our Family!

This was our second stay in Enclave 104. The twin PINK beds are perfect for my granddaughters. The property is always clean and maintained. The unit is getting a little dated and could use a deep cleaning - but overall it is the perfect unit and location for our family.

Overall, this is a great location! Ground level makes it easy to get in and out of condo. Condo has been partially updated, still needs a few updates, but overall we had a fantastic day.

We had the best time. Guest that we met and staff were so nice. The room was perfect for accessing the pool. We had a toddler and an elderly guest that requires a cane to walk. The first floor was perfect for our stay. Will request the same condo for our next visit.

First floor convenience

We enjoyed our stay at Enclave 104. The convenience of being right in front of the condo was amazing. We enjoyed the grassy area out back playing soccer with our 4 year old and blowing bubbles. The pool was also accessible and nice. The deck chairs were awesome as well. We would love to come back next year!

Perfect week on beach!

Adult children and 2 toddlers joined us (grandparents) for a repeat vaca (second time to rent this property), for the week. Roomy condo, well equipped kitchen, ground floor with walkout door to pool and boardwalk to beach is perfect! Could use superficial cosmetic updates, but we totally happy being there!!!

Orange Beach Condo

Can’t beat the first floor access to pool and beach. It was a little noisy because the main floor elevator was right outside our room but it was worth it to be able to walk right out into the beach. All the kitchen utensils we needed were there and 3 grocery stores were within 2 blocks. Great location, great vacation.

Fall break

Loved easy access to the beach from our back door. Property was conveniently located across the road from Walmart. I could see how parking could be an issue during busy times but we didn’t have an issue. I wish the pool gate had been open earlier than 8, but that’s really the only negative I have. Great stay!

Amazing condo in the heart of Orange Beach

When the condo popped up on VRBO, I knew it would be perfect for us! Twin beds in a pink flamingo room for my granddaughters, ages 2 and 4! What could beat that?? How about your porch being 30’ from the zero entry pool?!? Again, perfect for the little ones! Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. New Samsung washer and dryer.

Absolutely perfect for our family. Location is spot on! Enjoyed being on the bottom floor by the pool. Great pool for the kids and adults! Enjoyed the short distance to walk to the beach. Enjoyed seeing the ocean from the back patio of the condo. Kitchen was nice and clean and had plenty of cooking items. Could use some new non-stick skillets but other than that, really great! I would highly recommend this unit! I hope to book it again!

It was a great stay and location. The master bedroom footboard killed our knees. lol you would think after the first time it was there. Also we never got the twin bed room tv to work. I also wish it had some handicap handles in the showers and bathrooms but we made it work for my elderly father. Thank you so much for helping us make these wonderful memories!!!!

The condo is in a great location, both within the building as well as the surrounding area! Love how close it is to the pools and beach. The kitchen had nice pots and pans and ample supplies for cooking. Lots of room for everyone. The dishwasher needs maintenance. It was not heating so no sanitizing or drying. It still worked sufficiently. My only complaint was cleaning. I may not have really noticed if we hadnt ha a baby with us. Within a few minutes on the floor his knees were black. After a 16hr drive I had to mop the floors and there is a lot of floor. We had a nice week and the condo is a great size for a family. We also enjoyed the amenities. Everything was friendly.
