A second seating area with two plush leather recliners is the perfect spot for post-dinner drinks and intimate conversation or curling up with a good book amidst Gulf views.

Open to the living area and the Gulf views beyond, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a huge breakfast bar with seating for five. It’s fully stocked with spices, cutlery, cooking utensils, and small appliances to make meal prep a breeze. Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar, make drinks at the wet bar with an ice maker and beverage fridge, chat over drinks at the four-person cafe table, then gather together for meals or games at the formal dining table that seats six.

With three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 12 guests with the ideal layout for families. Each bedroom is designed for relaxation, decorated in calming hues with coastal decor, hosting flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. After busy beach days, retreat to the primary suite and sink into a King bed after unwinding in the Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, and the third has two full beds. There’s also a full sleeper sofa in the living room, a fourth full bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer, so it’s easy to accommodate large groups.

Outside, the views are picture-perfect from your private Gulf-front balcony. When you just can’t get enough of the beach, the balcony is the place to be.
