Kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances, granite countertops and seating for two at the kitchen breakfast bar.

Dining room has seating for six.

Living room offers flat screen tv and queen-sized sleeper sofa. Condo has tile throughout.

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with flat screen television, en suite bathroom with extended vanity, walk-in tiled shower and private access to balcony overlooking the gulf.

The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds with flat screen tv as well as its own bathroom with shower/tub combo.

There is plenty of seating for you and your loved ones to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and boats leaving and returning to the pass each day from your balcony.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
