Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from Northwestern College and downtown Orange City, it's perfect for families, business travelers, and weekend getaways. Our well-behaved nephew rents the basement apartment with a separate entrance. Other details include:

Great space for our family. Interior has been completely remodeled (new carpet, flooring, tile bathrooms, etc). Very spacious with nice furniture. The hosts were amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Outstanding communication. We will be back. Thanks Jeff for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property during our stay to Orange City, Iowa. The property was exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and completely new inside. It was very spacious for our party. The owner was very prompt and thorough in all his communications. I would highly recommend it!!!
