The rooms were decorated very tastefully — the staff was attentive and friendly—and food was great!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

Staff and overall atmosphere. Has potential for 5 stars but not quite there.

We enjoyed ourselves, however some areas need improvement to be considered luxury. Broken beach chairs, more umbrellas needed, we enjoyed mostly very friendly staff, however some were bordering on rude, upgraded fresh fruit ingredients and accents for drinks. Water, wine and coffee service was very inconsistent.

Food was quite good. Service was questionable. Some days great… others not, inconsistent . One day, no face cloths, hand towels and some days one or the other. Quite odd. Some mornings hot coffee, others luke warm. Grounds are nice, some rooms very tired and in need of renovation. Hot water in the shower on and off.
