You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Beautiful Duplex Home , close to all attraction n town .
* Non smoking *. -Beautiful duplex home with plenty of space to offer quite time but yet 1/4 miles drive from everything in town. Complete update with newly furnished. -Dog under 30lbs allow with $50 fee each dog (2max). Pet fee are not include in booking fee must pay before check in.

Wi-Fi/ Ethernet . Easy access to all groceries store, restaurants and I-10. 25 minutes to Port Arthur and Beaumont tx. 35 minutes to lake Charles Lousianna . 15 minutes to sulfur LA . 7 minutes to orange refinery.
Other things to note
Guess will share washing room and backyard & patio with some furniture. It is located in the back of the building. We only provide pot, pants , cookware and utensils. We do not provide oil, salt or pepper. Guess must have their own season to cook . Survillance cameras on outside of property for safety. We do require monthly cleaning for months stay guest $60 cash fee.
