Visit our stunning, designer-decorated, five-bedroom, three-bathroom home featuring a new pool and jacuzzi. As of September 2023, all furniture and furnishings are brand new.

This single-story home boasts two Cal-King master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more Cal-King Bedrooms and one queen bedroom, all with access to a hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 47'' LCD TV. The bathrooms feature upgraded tile floors and quartz worktops, and the entire home is adorned with beautiful LVP floors.

The spacious open-concept main living room leads to a beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room offers seating for 10, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The main living and dining rooms have 75" TVs, while the other bedrooms feature 65" TVs. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is also provided.

The garage has a full-size washing machine and dryer and a full-size pool table. The house also has central air and heat. The couches are pullout queen sleeper sofas. The home has a patio and outdoor seating with a grill. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82

This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Caravans, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Outdoor security cameras protect the house.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines

A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.

No local rentals where renter lives within 100 Miles of the Home.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is suspicious of fraudulent behaviour, determined to have been made under false pretences, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that include but are not limited to, pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
