This is a secluded 2-story back house with large yard and private deck with dedicated parking spot, plus plenty of street parking. Did we mention we just finished a complete renovation? This back house is centrally located to all Orange County has to offer. Only 10 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and walking distance to the famous Orange Circle and Chapman University. We had a wonderful stay at the Cambridge house. It had everything we needed and it was a comfortable stay. The walk to the circle was lovely - easy and beautiful walk through the neighborhood. We plan to stay again.

Perfect little place for us. Reserved off road parking and cute neighborhood that felt safe. Especially the location in back through a gate with Burt the dog on lounge duty. The little patio outside with the umbrella would be perfect for a quiet meal, but we didn't have time to enjoy it as we had planned activities each day.

Super location in great part of Orange. Very nice Guest house attached to garage, shares yard with main house. Also a great deck w table and chairs and beautiful foliage in yard. Easy checkin and checkout w attentive host.

Clean and comfortable in excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Chapman University! The apartment is clean and spacious and an easy walk to many downtown coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time, visiting family and friends that live in area. So nice to be able to walk to the Orange Circle with all its places to eat. Weather was perfect. Only one concern…there is no handrail on the inside staircase.

The Cambridge House is in a great location in the wonderful town of Orange. It's an easy walk to the Old Town center, which has literally dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops, the library, the Hilbert art museum, the local Farmer's Market, Chapman College, and even a Metrolink train station. Parking in the driveway of the VRBO was easy. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet, making for a lovely, relaxing walk to town.The host, Michelle, was quick and easy to communicate with.Sitting on the deck, under the palm tree, having a coffee in the warm sun was a dream come true for these winter visitors from the Northeast.As others have noted in their reviews, Burt, the Irish Wolfhound who lives on-site, is the friendliest, sweetest, most loving dog ever (and I'm not generally a dog person).

Great location

The property was well situated for us to walk to our daughter's house. Burt, the Irish wolfhound, was very welcoming. The property was clean and served our needs well. We would definitely keep in mind for future stays.

The property was represented exactly as it appears and was beautiful. All the details for check in were provided in advance, making it super easy! The property owner touched base with us to ensure we knew to reach out with any needs and responded very quickly when a question came up. The property was very clean, bed was super comfy, and it has everything you need for a home away from home atmosphere. We are hopeful this property is available for future trips to the area as we will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect Spot for Chapman Parents

The Cambridge House was lovely and immaculate. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the circle and most of the dorms on campus. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Great location for Old Town Orange. Property is private and felt very safe. Not a detraction, but kitchen is small with limited cooking supplies. We appreciated that everything was clean and tidy. Heating and cooling operated well and quietly. Fan in bedroom only worked when overhead entry light was on, which was a disappointment. Burt, the resident dog was delightful, friendly, welcoming and a treat to meet. We would stay there again
