"Lovely hotel and Hannah at reception when I arrived was lovely and helpful and a standout of the stay."

"Clean comfortable be and linen. No desk to work on or eat in. Asked to be moved to room with desk (I should have checked when booking). Staff went out of their way to physically search for one and gave me one night there, as it was booked for the other nights I was staying. Paint peeling off bathrooms with some stains on wall. Booked with work credit card but was told that I had to use my personal card to pay upfront. So more paperwork for me."

"Great location just steps away from shops and Cook Park. Stayed 2 nights in the deluxe family room. Was spacious and clean. However quite noisy as expected as the motor lodge is facing summer road. Staff were lovely and check and check out was a breeze."
