"Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation. They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout. Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs. Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! "

"Perfect cozy and quiet spot for a short trip! Not too long of a walk for breakfast/lunch in the morning and also a pretty short ride to bars nearby. I felt very safe in the surrounding neighborhood even when walking alone late at night. The host was very responsive and the space was clean. Would absolutely stay here again"

"This was a fun experience! Honestly, once you get inside, you don’t notice that the space is small. It’s perfect for two people who need a place to crash in the evening. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. One tip, don’t turn off the air conditioner. If you get too cold, just turn it down a bit. We stayed in the storage container in July and it turned into an oven within minutes. I had completely forgotten that I was in a metal box.Ha!"
