My family lives in Orangeville. I stay at this hotel every time I visit. We usually get a good, quiet room with a nice view. This particular trip our room is noisy (right next to the elevator and ice machine) and our view is a view of the roof. The towels look used and refolded. We are extremely disappointed.

Orangeville is a delightful place to visit. Loved all the great cafes and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is a bit lacking.

I loved the walkability of this location!!! The room servuce was fine nothing extraordinary. The only negative was the breakfast potatoes...they tasted like they had been reheated over and over. Everything else tasted good.

Been using this hotel for several years. Always been safe and clean. However the bedrooms start to show their age with peeled or patched wallpaper and the desk chair had a large tear on it.
But still a friendly, quiet and conveniently located hotel.

I regularly come to this Best Western when I come to visit my son. Normally we are pretty satisfied with the hotel and staff. This trip was different in the condition of the toilet, finding lady bugs in the room, poor assistance with replacing room amenities (ie cutlery)

Breakfast should be open later… stayed New Years Eve and not up at the crack of dawn to make it to breakfast. Disappointed to arrive for breakfast at 10am and not able to have anything to eat.

Check in staff was extremely nice! Pleasant, breakfast was great! Maintenance gentleman was so friendly, cleaning staff was also friendly! Definitely a great place to stay well done.
Check in was good but found the room and much of the hotel needing repairs and updating. Awls in the room had stains and wallpaper coming off. The shower was dirty and the grout was starting to grow mold. My son and I spent time at the pool and found much of the same. While talking with other guests found the noticed the same issues. For the price of the stay it was not pleasant. But I have stayed a worse.
