Convenient, Close and close to Eagle Beach

Great Location and very good communication with the owners was a big plus. The parking lot is accessed by a strange dirt road near a hotel / resort construction site. The sign by the dirt road helps but hopefully it can be paved at some point? A Kuerig Coffee Maker would have been a nice addition.
