The property and amenities were great. Eagle Beach was clean, expansive and quiet. Chair service was quick and helpful. So much less crowded than the private hotel beaches in Palm Beach, which were small and crowded. For me, the problem was with front desk, activities coordinator and bell hop service. They were not responsive to our questions and needs. They did not warn us of a potentially dangerous location we were asking to go to. Also the hotel needs to provide more shuttle options to various locations on the island.

We only stayed for one night while waiting for our alternative stay accomodations from another resort to open up. It's a well kept resort, the room was beautiful. I probably wouldn't stay with my family for a whole week, it felt like a good party space but not what I'd want for a long family stay. It has a Dunkin doughnuts on the property which is cool for ice cream and coffee runs. The staff are delightful.i paid $4 per person for breakfast through Expedia and that was a good value but the resort says they normally charge $14 per voucher which imo is not a good value. It's not on the water and there doesn't seem to be any water views at the property. It is only a short walk from the beach.

Pros: Close to the eagle beach. The overall experience was good. Cons: The hotel policies are not very accommodating. Because of my flight delay from the USA, i ended up arriving one day late. As soon as I found out about the American Airlines flight delay, I contacted the facility and requested them to readjust the dates but not changing the total duration of our stay. I also informed Expedia because I booked the hotel via them. Both of these parties failed to rearrange the dates and I had to pay for one extra night, even though the property was not fully booked. On the day of departure, I asked the front desk staff, if I could check out at 2:30pm instead of 11am, as our flight was at 4:30 pm. They said, I have to pay for the day. I checked out at 10am, kept the bags with the bell boy until we left the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eagle Aruba Resort. Good value for money, very helpful and professional staff, lovely pools and outdoor area. The only thing we would skip the next time would be the $45 buffet dinner and carnival as the food was very basic and way overpriced.

The hotel is beautiful. The only reason it’s not perfect is due the odor from the nearby sewage treatment plant which we noticed every day.

This is a place you can go to if you are sure to only sleep and leave, if you do decide to spend any time at the resort you will be surrounded by old drunk people or hordes of kids , babies and toddlers urinating in the pool and hot tub, the one good side is some of people are very friendly and easy going, eagle beach all though beautiful has a strange stench of waste at certain points around eagle resort, I can say the shopping mall near by is also very nice and also the Dutch cheese shop is excellent other wise it best to sleep and then run elsewhere to enjoy Aruba.

Loved it everything here ! Pools setting was very intimate and well planned, rooms are so functional and big. So close to the beach and food options. The only thing it would be great at the check in to let guests know that AC and fan must be on at all times. Lovely place and staff and will come back for sure again.

Loved the stay at this hotel! My family and I came down for a birthday celebration. Everything was so clean and the staff are so nice!! The beach is a two minute walk. Did I mention the staff were so nice!! Definitely will be back! 10/10

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The kids have their own area and so do the adults. Very nice people at the front desk. Very flexible. They honored our request for a late checkout. They gave us a ground floor unit since we had our three year old with us. The pools are in wonderful. Great music at the bar. Within walking distance from the beach. Perfect!
