Fernando, Nancy, and the rest of the staff were so friendly and and accommodating. We received a warm greeting, some delicious, cocktails, and given a quick tour of the property and some history of Aruba.

I can’t begin to express what an amazing experience it was to stay at The House Mosaic Boutique. Fernando was an excellent host, very knowledgeable about the area, and made our stay here absolutely magical. This place has quite the unique charm, but also felt like a second home. 10/10 would recommend this place if you’re looking for an authentic tropical island experience!

Wonderful experience at this unique boutique hotel. Outgoing and friendly staff led by Fernando and personal attention to anything is available 24/7. The location was ideal for me that allowed me to explore the full island by foot and bike as far north as Arashi Beach and Baby Beach to the south including all the cities and neighborhoods within. Fernando, our host was outstanding! From greeting us with a fabulous cocktail, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations, he truly made us feel like home. This is a spacious property with a unique decor & conveniently located. I do have to say that Fernando & his staff went above and beyond our expectations/standards. It was our 1st time & hopefully not our last. Thanks Fernando, for making this trip wonderful, memorable and so special.

Fernando is the best host. He made sure we felt at home the whole time we were there. We had no problems. It was a joy to have many conversations with him about pretty much everything Aruba. The room was neglected and there was no staff. No where to even have a bite. No amenities available. The “hotel “ looked like a converted house that was made to look like an art gallery. The stay was so bad that we left the island in 24hrs after arriving. The location of the hotel felt like I was in a bad horror movie, beside the car club in front of the facility blaring music all nite. This was my 1 st and last trip to Aruba, this place left a bad taste in my mouth. The room looked like it was under construction and not too tidy. 5 stars was far fetched . Never again.

Enchanting, magical, unique are perfect words to describe this house. Fernando the host was welcoming and treated us like queens. The garden seating area was my daily evening retreat after a fun packed day in Aruba. If your looking to unplug from the commercialized scenes of resorts this is the place !! Our rooms were clean and beds were incredibly comfy. Rent a car because this gives you more flexibility to explore and move about the island. He provides you with beach chairs that you can pack with ice for drinks etc. we well definitely be back! The property offers multiple different and uniquely decorated rooms. So invite friends or family to tag along an make some incredible memories. Thank you again Fernando for offering this piece of paradise for others to experience. ❤️

I enjoyed my stay at Mosaic. There was a minor issue in the early part of my trip but it was rectified and all was well. I stayed in the Narnia room, which gave me more than enough space. The drinks at the bar are unique and tasty. also want to call out the AC, kept my room nice and cold throughout my stay. Fernando and Ian are really cool people. I especially enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them and an amazing group of people. My sister also worked with Freya (amazing concierge) to arrange a personal birthday surprise. Overall a great find, and I plan to come back, highly recommended. Tips: Transportation: Rent a car at the airport, you'll need this to explore Aruba independently.. plus taxis add up. I made the mistake of renting after the fact and I feel like the price was nearly double. Food: While the hotel provides food it requires a 24hr request in advance. I ate out everyday, exploring different places based on local recommendations, other travelers and Google. Recommendations: Dutch PancakeHouse, Perfert Shot Cafe, Wendy's (good last resort), Hanasaki Sushi Bar, L.G Smith's Steak & Chop House, Old Cunucu House, I didn't try but heard Zeerover is worth a visit. Cost-- Aruba is expensive. Expect to pay more than what seems fair. Bring cash, you pay less since fees are not added like w/ credit. Health-- If you don't know, the sun is no joke in Aruba, bring plenty of sunscreen, reapply frequently, especially at the beach and apply sun aftercare (e.g. Aloe).

House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite. He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them. He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach. He also had prepared a light meal for us consisting of local food and sat with us at the bar gave us tips on how to get around the island. He was very friendly and showed a great interest in our stories of where we live in Canada and how we moved there from our birthplace. He then gave us a tour of the house and the gardens ect. He was genuinely pleased to welcome us as guests in his home, and we felt like we were staying with family and friends. I would recommend House of Mosaic if you’re looking for something different from the regular hotels.
