The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful with transportation and suggestions to explore Aruba. The food and drinks were also very good. A literal walkout the airport and it’s right there, the only downside is it’s far from city center without a rental car, can get pricey with taxis

First the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus feet’s away from the airport walking distance 5 minutes tops. But this hotel needs work…especially the rooms. The carpet had a bad smell (had to ask air freshener over and over again) couldn’t change rooms. The bathroom had seen better days not just regular wear and tear. I thought this would be a great place being Hyatt Place and the pictures. But I was wrong…next time staying somewhere else…plenty of nicer hotels in Aruba.

We end up at this hotel after our flight was cancelled and reschedule for next day, due to a storm back home. This hotel is located right next to the airport and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well sized the rooms are. The pool area is very nice also and the breakfast buffet was a plus. Staff was very kind and helpful at every level. I would recommend this place to anyone interested.

The property was very clean and right by the airport. The breakfast every morning was wonderful big choices for people who have allergies. The gym was clean. The pool was beautiful nice and warm. The staff was very helpful. The only thing they didn’t have was a washer and dryer option. other than that, we would give it a five star review. And totally stay next time.

Stay was good only downside is that there was no restaurants close by, the taxi is super expensive to go downtown to find a restaurant which is also just like 1 or 2 that is very pricey. A resort would be a good option to stay in Aruba with all inclusive. Everything is far away from this hotel except the airport.
