  • Le Vent is a luxury condominium located just a few steps away from the world famous Eagle Beach, well known for soft white sand, turquoise waters and breathtaking sunsets. This Luxurious Two-bedroom, 2.5 bath has stunning unobstructed ocean views throughout the entire unit.

    This 4th floor 1200sq. ft. unit has a spacious open concept living area which allows for intimate conversations while still permitting enough room for personal space. It offers a fully equipped European designer kitchen and stainless steel appliances. It is completely furnished with Modern Italian furniture and has spectacular balcony that runs across the entire condo that will leave you completely mesmerized. A washer, dryer and laundry tub are also available for your convenience.

    The facilities of Le Vent provide a spectacular Infinity swimming pool & jacuzzi, a children's pool & playground, a communal alfresco dining space with BBQ grills, an outdoor sink and ice machine, an outdoor fire pit area, several lounge areas, an on-site mini market, free parking space and 24hr security. The condo looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean and it had everything we needed when we made meals. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the little things such as dish soap, toilet paper, soap, and paper towels to get us started. There was great communication with Luisa and Daniella. The views were beautiful. We sat on the balcony each morning and drank our coffee. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler which we used each day. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very nice and super quiet.

This property was wonderful! Great location, wonderful view and we enjoyed a great vacation. The only downside is that balcony lighting (Very bright) stays on until 11 PM. And the bedroom facing the hall way needs black out shades that cover the entire window!

Immaculate, quiet property

Read all the glowing reviews and then save yourself the time of searching any more and just go ahead and book this unit. The apartment and property overall are immaculate. There are even beach chairs and small cooler for guests to use. Great place on Eagle Beach!

The condo was GORGEOUS!! Everything and more, from the grounds , the pool , the location. The condo was beautiful inside and out. It had everything and more ! We will definitely be coming back to this unit ! Can’t beat the view, location to beach… can’t wait for our return !

Fantastic Unit

This was a last minute booking and I was thrilled that I was able to find such a great unit so last minute. Daniela greeted us and was fantastic. The unit is exactly as described. Daniela was extremely helpful. Responded to our texts immediately. Condo was spotless and gorgeous. Beds comfortable. Great view! Looove the pool! Quick walk to the beach where you can rent chairs & umbrellas if palapas aren't available. Beach bar nearby. Quick walk back to the condo beach restroom if needed! Couldn't be better!

Fantastic family stay

This place was wonderful for our vacation with a 3 year old and infant! The pool is clean and much less crowded than at a hotel. There is a decent amount of shade at the edges of the pool, too, which is great for kids. The view from the condo was beautiful, which made it easier when we were stuck inside with the baby. Eagle Beach is less than 5 minutes away, even at toddler walking pace, and is such a beautiful beach -- cleaner and less crowded than Palm Beach. The check-in with Daniela and entering/exiting the parking lot every day were easy and smooth. They also provided a pack-and-play! I'd highly recommend this property.

Quiet and lovely

Daniella was an amazing host. She greeted us and made us feel so welcome! She even jelped sith our bags. The security guards for parking your car were always so happy and smiling. We liked how intimate the condo was. No blaating music or dj, light background music at the pool which is plenty big enough. Our daughters who are 9 and 12 really enjoyed themselves and so did we.the beach is truly a short walk and you get a great view of it from the condo balcony. The only thing that could have made the stay better was a wagon to tow all of the things to the beach.beach chairs, sand castle supplies, a cooler, hair dryer, etc everything you need is right there in the unit.The condo is centrally placed on the island so you can drive to various beaches which we did. We'll definitely be staying here again. This pas time was pur 3rd time visiting the island but our first time at Le Vent.

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom condo right on Eagle beach! We were very happy with our stay here! I can only say positive things about our stay. The complex is quiet and has a wonderful pool/courtyard area. It is just a short walk right across the street to Eagle beach. There are 4 chairs, a cooler, and even beach towels provided which helped make the trip easier. The beds are very comfortable and everything was clean which was very important to me. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with. We rented a car during our vacation which made exploring the island easier and the complex has easy parking provided. Quick drive to superfoods where we got some snacks and necessities for the week. We cooked breakfast each morning and the kitchen has all you need for simple meals. The balcony is really the best part! I sat out there with my coffee listening to the birds and watching the ocean every morning. Then evening time you can get a great view of the sunset from there as well! We really loved our stay here and if/when we come back in the future I would love to stay here again!

Great condo/location!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Vent! The condo was just as described, with more than enough space for our family of 4. Check in with Daniela was very simple and she helped us get settled, showing us around the place. The pool area was very nice—my husband said it’s the cleanest pool he’s ever been to. There were plenty of chairs and also plenty of shade at the beach, and it was surrounded by a very nicely landscaped area. I normally skip the pool for the beach, but this one was nice enough to stay for a bit. The beach is such a short walk, only a few minutes away. Was also able to find shade there, and there are a lot of water activities right there. (Tip for those looking for shade for free - get there early! I went one morning around 7:30 and got a palapa/hut which are first come first serve, but some of the resorts start putting chairs that they rent out around 7:30. A different day we went later and rented an umbrella but bring cash for that.) For anyone going over NYE next year, the fireworks that night are spectacular. Head to the beach or the roof before midnight and you will get quite the show! There are several good restaurants in walking distance (Screaming Eagle was a family favorite) but we also took a trip down to Flying Fishbone for NYE dinner with our feet in the water.

Place was lovely but horrible smell of mildew

The location, the building and the layout was great. There was a bad storm a few days before we arrived and the place smelled horribly of mildew. It was unbearable. There was a dehumidifier on the kitchen counter draining into the sink when we arrived. The property manager came over to fix the issue and ended up putting a bunch of air freshners around the rooms. The combination of the smell of mildew and the floral air freshners made it hard to stay in the unit. My husband slept on the balcony one night because the smell was so overwhelming. The maintenence man showed up and told my husband he smells it lightly. He put some sort of deodorizer in the unit because the unit smelled like fake flowers again, after we had the property manager remove them. I would rent the unit again, but with the assumption whatever was causing the smell would be fixed. Nice unit, great view, lovely development, but something was very wrong the first few days. The owner was responsive but unfortunately was not there and was relyant on others.

Great location 2nd time at LeVent

The overall property is excellent! Extremely clean and the ambiance is amazing. Perfect views and most restaurants are within walking distance. There was a little confusion as to our arrival time although I did give the property owner our flight information. Upon check-in Daniela stated she was expecting us 2 hours later than we arrived. We waited about 1/2 hour before we could get into our condo and after a long day of travel, we just wanted to unpack and unwind. Once we got into the condo, it was very pleasant and the kitchen has everything you need for preparation of meals in. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and pillows left much to be desired. There were only 2 per bed and no extras in any of the closet spaces provided. Room temperature was good and showers were to our liking. Every night around 10:00 pm a family down the hall had several screaming children running down the hallway which was a bit disturbing as my bedroom was located next to the hall corridor connecting all the condos. We didn’t spend much of the day inside as the weather was beautiful and opted for the awesome pool or Eagle beach. Other than the occasional disruption of sleep with noise and the beds being super hard to sleep on, it was an excellent stay. Plan ahead at the airport for taxi to take you to this location as the owner does not provide transportation. Communication was good and we plan on staying again but will more than likely opt for a condo that is affiliated with Prestige vacations.

The condo was just as pictured, very clean and spacious. There were 4 beach chairs, 5 pool floats, and a cooler available for our use. The pool area was incredibly nice, better than pictured, and the walk to the beach was easy and fast (5 mins max). We appreciated that the toiletries provided were enough for a week. We rented a car and were glad we did so that we could drive to dinner and to other beaches and not have to rely on taxis. There are definitely restaurants within walking distance but if you want to venture a little further away, a car would be helpful. We would absolutely recommend this unit and Le Vent to anyone!
