We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful. I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again.

Amir and Ramsay’s were very nice and hospitable. Answered all our questions and helped us out a lot. The room and the pool were beautiful . It’s a bit of a walk to Eagle beach but we did it every day without an issue . Out first trip to Aruba was awesome ! Thanks

Just a cozy and convenient place to Stay for 9 awesomely awesome days for my 1st time in Aruba! Amir is a hardworking hostess who is always available to answer any questions and make things right! 😉 The room is spacious and air conditioner kept me cool! The bed was very comfy too! The pictures are are exactly what to expect. Having a car was the greatest...can go anywhere on the island and be there in 15 minutes or less! Laundry place and convenient store right down the street. I came home with all clean clothes! 😀 ABC Tours is right across the Street which was convenient too! Love Aruba and Love Amir! Will definitely come back next year! Great Birthday Celebration had thanks to this Diamond in the rough! The pool is pretty but I drove to a different beach everyday. ⛱️ I had the best weather!

We both liked the room. It was exactly like the picture. The location was perfect. Close to many beaches, grocery stores, and resteraunts. Amir was very helpful while we where there. He gave us suggestions for reteraunts and places to visit. The resident dog Bobby is delightful. We will deffinately stay here again.

Amir the property owner was amazing!!! Anything you could possibly need, he could arrange, including transfers from and to the airport. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bathroom very modern. Renting a car is recommended as the property is a good distance from the beach and about 0.6 miles from the closest Arubus stop.

This is a great property. It’s approximately a 5 minute drive to Eagle Beach and is very centrally located. The suites are very clean and comfortable and the pool area well maintained. There is a dog on site, Bobby, and he’s very sweet. Bring some treats if you stay. The environment is very relaxed and the owner responds to all texts promptly. This will definitely be a property I will rent from again!

Amir is extremely hospitable and accommodating. If there is something we needed he arranged or directed us how or where to go. We had the pleasure of staying at South Beach Residence for 1 full month. The accomodation was clean and plenty of room for two people. Beautiful pool! It had everything we required for our stay. The location is very convenient and easy to navigate to the beach, the golf course, grocery store and restaurants. We were grateful we rented a car as we were able to go all around the island. Amir was our host and one special man. He was helpful, caring, responsive and always pleasant with a warm greeting. We always felt safe. We definitely recommend Amir's place.

The host Amir was very informative and gave you all the details for a great vacation. Traveled by myself and felt very safe. I don’t like driving so i had to taxi when necessary but tether was a beautiful quiet beach 10 mins walk. . but it worked out for me . Will definitely be back to Aruba 💙

Close to everything but far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the touristy areas. Amir , the host, was extremely friendly and helpful. It is fairly new and still needing some simple things(a microwave which is on order, would have been convenient, but we made do with what we had with no issues. The unit was extremely clean and we will definitely be back to stay. The best part was a street dog named Bobby that has been somewhat adopted by the residence and is the sweetest boy around. Made my day seeing him everyday!

I stayed for 10 days in South Beach Residence and I cannot recommend it enough. It is an ideal place to stay no matter if you’re a couple, family, friends, or solo travelling. The residence is brand new, renovated, modern, and with a good kitchen and pool area (but you’re also still super close to the best beaches of Aruba). It’s located in a quiet area, plus it’s run by the most welcoming family and cleaning lady Elizabeth - they were always happy to help or have a little chat. Amir responded fast to calls and texts, and he will provide you with recommendations about what you should do/see/eat on Aruba once you check in. You can even rent brand new cars from South Beach Residence - parked right outside the building. It’s a 5 minutes walking distance from Aruba’s best gym (Bodyzone Fitness Club Arena), and a really big supermarket (Ling & Sons Food Market), and it only takes 7-15 minutes to go to Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, and Arashi Beach.

Fantastic studio apartment! Pool is very nice and with the courtyard, you meet tons of guests. Amir is a fabulous host who quickly responded to our questions. Ling and Sons grocery is only a couple blocks away. You will want to either rent a car or use taxis to go around the island. Location is really nice and a number of restaurants are within walking distance. You are right off the beach so you save $$ but have easy access with only a 15-20 minute walk. Room was clean and newly remodeled.

Clean, has everything you need for living in the room there is a folding beach chair and a beach umbrella. Very convenient parking right at the entrance, opposite BMS tour, if you want to explore the island and arrived without a car. Only 5 minutes by car to Eagle Beach, 7 minutes to Palm Beach. Market within walking distance or 3 minutes by car. Of course there is no view of the ocean, but there is a pool, and if you are by car everything is nearby. It is very pleasant to deal with Amir. He responded quickly and effectively. I recommend. The price and quality correspond.
