Sleepless in Aruba
Horrible!!!
• Loud squeaky Queen size bed, King was promised, mattress was hard as a rock. We asked for a different room, but host refused. Sent a carpenter the next morning, still squeaky but not as bad.
• The LR couch and chair hard as a rock.
• Refrigerator constant loud growling noise. Was told to tilt refrigerator back and put a book under it 🙄
• Every time the sliding glass door was opened black flys would go in and out.
• Promised 2nd floor, got first floor.
• The chaise lounge pool chairs, no cushions, hard wood!
• Very small pool (guess 24 x 32,) shared with 30 units.
• (3) Huge Hotel/Resorts being built around us, so construction noise all day.
• Over charged tax ($400.00) on the invoice, still waiting for Virbo and property managers to sort that out.
• Oh…the best part…they ask for all of the money in advance, so leaving and finding something else is out of the question.
I could go on and on!
The first place we stayed for 8 days was absolutely wonderful, we stayed here 8 days, what a shame.
• Weather was perfect!
• Baby powder sandy beach
• Turquoise Ocean with soft swale’s, no crashing waves.
• Food was 5 Star!
• People we’re great!
• Always felt safe!
