"Clean Room: but you need to ask for a refill in the bar, like tea. Our room air conditioning did not work, so we just open the door in the balcony. I didn’t like staff going to our room without informing us apart from room make up. Corridor carpet very clean and not smelly. The lobby scent was so lovely!!!! Buffet: we have the half board which was an excellent decision I made…food was delicious and lots of choices, menu is different everyday. Although outside the hotel have lots of restaurants. Buggy service daily going up and down the hotel was fantastic! It’s like riding on a roller coaster for some drivers:) Staff:Excellent service and friendly. Special mention to certain staffs: Rockey, Ross,Ruel, Michael, John for going and beyond. Balcony:Thank you for giving us the balcony room overlooking the sunset. Amazing view Outdoor pool: it was closed Indoor pool: heated pool was great. Spa-didn’t go. Location: Perfect. very close to the airport and 5 mins walk to bus station. Very accessible to Dubrovnik sea transportation as well. 4 star hotel rating.But So so beautiful sea views. I definitely would recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back, hopefully with my kids. "

"This was the first hotel I have stayed at on vacation where I did not want to leave the hotel. Usually a hotel is a place to sleep and shower for me. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurants and bar were incredible. We had a super-romantic dinner with a table right on the water and live music. You can sunbathe and jump in the Adriatic from the beach deck. The service was incredible. Knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff and attentive room service. I cannot say enough about Hotel Excelsior"

"A Dream Stay in Dubrovnik – We Didn't Want to Leave! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views—everywhere we turned was another beautiful spot we wanted to explore or simply relax in. The amenities looked incredible, and while we didn’t have time to take full advantage of them all, what we did experience was top-notch. One of the biggest highlights? The breakfast. Hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had—what a spread! Every detail was thoughtful, fresh, and delicious. This place has a magical feel and strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time!"

"Love this hotel its closest enough to old town where you can hop on a bus right out front for 1.75 euro and be there in 5 minutes but far enough away where you have privacy. The swimming area in the adriatic is fantastic and so is the spa. Also love the breakfast its so good and the views from the hotel are amazing not to mention the sunset. The rooms are really nice, spacious clean and have every amentity. Would highly reccomend staying here"

"The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a lovely quiet area just a 20 minute bus ride to the old town. There were also plenty of outdoor pool options, although the weather prevented us trying them all. The breakfast buffet was not so great. Although there was a good selection of food on offer, the hot options were actually cold. The buffet area was also not big enough to accomodate the amount of guests, especially around the breakfast cereal, milk and tea and coffee machines. Overall though, my friend and I had a wonderful stay."
