"You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. Communication during booking is great and the check-in and out process is really smooth. Thanks Ismael."

"The villa was great. Quirky layout and lots of steps, so maybe not suitable for older people. Pool was fantastic, lots of outdoor places to sit, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The area is very quiet and the views from the upstairs covered terrace were amazing. We all had a fabulous time here."

No plastic cups provided for round the pool area , but was able to buy some from supermarket, with children felt these were important. Good points were: Communication with the owner was excellent, both prior to and during our vacation and Tom was extremely helpful and would reply very promptly. The setting was very peaceful, apart from some building work close by, but that could happen anywhere. "Wow, what a fabulous holiday we had at this place. 20 minute stroll to seafront, peaceful residential area, but with beautiful sea views. We had fun in the pool room in the evenings, and there is an electronic dartboard too. We found this villa to be of superior quality, with its lovely marble staircase, high ceilings, spacious rooms, and generally good quality fittings. We would certainly return."

"The property is in a good location and is in a nice area but is in need of updates and some TLC. The cleaning service concentrate on surface cleaning, when you actually want to use anything most items needed cleaning before use. A holiday does not start well if you have to clean items before use. The BBQ area has no opportunity to clean or sweep the area, no broom, there were no BBQ tools.
