Our reservation was apparently cancelled without us knowing. when we called to let the hotel know we would check in late (several hours b4 check in) we were informed no one could stay there due to weather. Which is undertandable, but to not be informed until I CALLED after a 5 hrs drive seems incredibly unprofessional.

This is an older very large property close to Highmark Stadium with many places to eat and Strikers Lanes bowling close by. It was warm with a good shower and very quiet. It can be an economical option for one night depending on the date.

My room was exactly what I expected. No more, no less. It was clean, functional and close to highmark stadium. (I went to the bills game the day I stayed at the Orchard Park inn.) It was a six min walk from a nice sports bar as well.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy room. Dirty sheets. Hair all over the wall in the shower. Holes in the wall. Dead bugs. Checked in and tried to check out 10 minutes later…owner became aggressive. We had to call police. Police let us know the hotel has been condemned for 2 years and they’re called there every weekend. Go to google and read all the reviews there. I’ve never saw anything like this in my life.

The property is very old. Renovations need to be done. The price asked was around 110$USD while I believe the max price should ve been 45$. TV did not work, shower knob was not working. Door lock was barely working and the lack or air circulation made the air humid and smelly. WiFi was non existent from our room. We went there for the Bills game.

The man working was kind & polite. The room was furnished, the water was a dark yellow in color when it came out of the faucet. The door to the room was not sealed. The windows of the room had not been washed in a very long time. The curtains had moth holes in them. We did not feel safe at all. We returned the key and went to another hotel. We would like a refund. We were in the area for the funeral of my husbands mom.

This place should be condemned, or at the very least shut down by the health department. I left twenty minutes after check in because the room was so filthy, fire alarm was beeping because the battery was dead, heat/AC was inoperable, and there were dead bugs and old cigarette butts on the filthy carpet. The bathtub facet was just a pipe sticking out of the wall. Mold and spider webs all over the place and moth cocoons in the curtains. There was an aggressive pit bull in the hotel lobby that was the property managers. There’s also a partially collapsed shed in the parking lot that could really injure someone. I made an official complaint to the health department but I hope Expedia just takes this place off their website.

I almost didn’t stay here. But I had no choice The place smelled floors were dirty. Got out of the Bills game during a snow storm and the roads were terrible and it was midnight. So I gutted it out. Never again DONT STAY HERE Travelocity should take this property off as a option

Where do I start? We booked this place as a last resort because we went to the Sat night Bills game and didn’t want to drive home afterwards. Good: the woman at the counter let us check in early without question and was pleasant, which was great but overall the room was completely awful. The smell of the room was musty, mold all over the tub, we couldn’t even shower. The curtains were FILTHY, bedding was so old, pillows were completely stained yellow with drool from every guest from the past 5 years. Chair leg was wobbly and about to break, outside door was cracked you could see the outside through it, half a roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no fridge, no clock NO extras at all. Every item in the room was outdated or dirty/musty/moldy. We looked at the pics ahead of time so we knew to bring our own bedding. We found a pair of men’s black socks that were not ours. There was a flat screen TV, but no cable channels and the local channels barely showed a picture. We paid $108 for a night and we seriously thought about sleeping in our car instead. I would never, ever recommend this place to any traveler.

I didn't like the flickering bathroom light, the uneven floor, the gap in the entrance door to the room, the dirty carpet, the cobwebs everywhere, and the hairs and dirt under the bed sheet.

Property was convenient to our trip and bed linens and bathroom appeared clean. Manager (owner?) was helpful. The carpet should have been replaced years ago. Main heater wasn't on yet so they gave us a space heater. No phone, so no wake up service.

This was the dirtiest and nastiest place i have ever seen. Canceled and left. The fact that expedia books for this place is ridiculous. Base board heater were rusty and dirty. Looks like a crack house. I was stunned when i walked in. The condition was the worst possible. No way this hotel should even be open. This place could not pass an inspection to be open. I should be reimbursed for the 1 day i had pay. Nothing good to say about this.

Pretty bad
We ended up there just to sleep one night. It was pretty bad (outdated, threadbare bedding, there were a few bees in the bathroom), but there were 2 beds and functioning shower and toilet so it could have been worse? Pillows were surprisingly ok. AC worked, but was really loud and rattled. If we had to stay there longer than the 9 hours we slept we probably would have left and somehow found another place...

The property was very unkept. Very run down! A very aggressive dog popped at the counter to greet you. The decor was very old and worn. My aim was to be as close to a wedding venue as possible. I should have just gone a little farther out and $15 more a night to a well known chain hotel. Stayed there a second night only because I didn’t feel like trying to find a room else where. Would never recommend it to any one! You

Room was very dated and dirty. Spiderwebs we’re all over the room. Half roll of toilet paper, mold and wasps were present. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just needed a place to rest for the night. Room did its job.

Do Not Stay here! I don't know why Hotels.com has this hotel as an option. It was so disgusting! The cobwebs, dust and mold told me that room hasn't been cleaned. The mattress was old and hard as a rock. We had no hot water and no one cared, hey they got their money.
