Emplacement idéal pour accéder aux pistes directement avec les skis, escaliers sinon pour accéder front de neige à pied. Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec tout le nécessaire. Présence de jeux et livres. Insonorisation avec l'appartement au dessus faible mais acceptable

Appartement très fonctionnel. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut même plus ! En prime, une superbe vue sur la montagne. L'emplacement est idéal car à 3 minutes du coeur de la station. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement correspond en tout point à l'annonce.Nous étions 3, et le casier à ski est tout juste. Peut être prévoir un aménagement pour y mettre les chaussures en hauteur pour libérer de la place pour mettre plus de skis. Des vis existent mais je n'ai pas osé y accrocher des chaussures lourdes. Et pour chipoter, un grand couteau pour la cuisine serait bien.Hormis cela, l'appartement est génial, grand, avec plusieurs couchages de bonne qualité, tout ce qu'il faut et plus en cas de mauvais temps (jeux, dvd, tv, bandes dessinées ...). Et le tout juste à côté des pistes, 2 minutes à pieds.En résumé, excellent emplacement pour un appartement de qualité !

Superbe séjour à Orsiere c’était une découverte pour nous, le cadre est très joli et beaucoup d’activités à faire dans le village et aux alentours. L’appartement correspond en tout point à l’annonce, il est confortable et très fonctionnel. Rien à redire sur la qualité de l’accueil. En bref habitant à 2h de route je pense qu’on y retournera volontiers à l’a l’occasion

Faisant beaucoup de location sur Orcières-Merlette c’est l’un des meilleurs apparts que nous avons pu faire, l’appartement est très grand et bien entretenu avec un supplément vue sur la montagne Nous espérons bientôt revenir !

L'appartement est tres bien équipé avec plus que le necessaire. Même la pelle à neige est presente (et c'est bien pratique) Le proprietaire repond rapidement au questions. Bref tout est bien organisé pour des vacances a la montagne.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé et fonctionnel . A 200m du départ des pistes Proches commerces . Nous y avons séjourné à 5 sans problème ! On recommande !!!

Séjour d'une semaine en famille avec 2 enfants de 8 et 11 ans en février 2023. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et tout équipé. La literie est bonne, l'annonce est fidèle à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Nous avons fait raclette (merci Cédric pour l'appareil sur place) et profité du four pour faire une croziflette. Les pistes sont à quelques mètres et l'appart dispose d'un casier à ski au rdc. Le domaine skiable est beau et étendu avec de grands espaces pour du hors piste notamment. L'appartement est tout proche des commerces 3 min à pied (nous vous conseillons d'aller acheter votre pain et desserts au "Comptoir des desserts", un délice et prix très accessibles). Sur Orcières, il y a tous les commerces nécessaires : 1 sherpa, 1 proxi, 2 boucheries/charcuteries, des bars/restaurants, des boulangeries, une pharmacie, des fromageries, etc...Il y a un marché assez important également une fois par semaine. N'oubliez pas les maillots de bain car Orcières dispose d'un complexe sportif (piscine avec toboggan, couloir de 25 m pour les nageurs, patinoire, bowling et même cinéma !!!). Super vacances !

Appartement très agréable, lave linge , lave vaisselle, grande douche , cafetière senseo, appartement très bien pensé... Nous étions 3 mais 1 famille de 4 ou 5 tient sans problème...il y a aussi 2 lits superposés pour 4 enfants si besoin... Pour la literie 1 BZ dans la chambre et 1 BZ et 1 clic clac dans la salle à manger séparés par 1 rideau... Les BZ grincent énormément, ce qui nous a beaucoup réveillé, à revoir ..... Sinon je recommande sans problème cet appartement qui est très fonctionnel... Merci
