I went to the upstairs apartment and was met with a large bowl of fruit, a fridge full of breakfast items and fresh flowers. Prompt to respond to any questions. You can walk into town and parking was easy. Friendly chickens a bonus! Would highly recommend!"

"The Avery House was a great vacation home for our group! We were in Newberg for a birthday trip, and the house was even better than the online description! It was the most well-equipped home we have ever been to, with every pot, pan and anything else you could imagine that you might need during your stay! The location was excellent for our group, with a short walk/drive to the grocery stores and a very easy drive to downtown Newburg. 12/10 overall rating for The Avery House!"
