Our home is perfectly



The Space:

When you pull in, you have access to a 2 car garage, 2 driveway spots, and free street parking. There is enough parking to accommodate 7 cars total.



The house ~



~ Living Room



When you enter the house, you are met with a large entry way with plenty of room to unload suitcases. The entryway opens up into a cozy and spacious living room. The design is clean and warm to make you feel at home. There is a large smart tv mounted and plenty of seating for everyone.



- 65" Smart TV which allows you unlimited streaming capability

- High speed wifi



2nd Family Room -

- The sectional couch is cozy and ready to be relaxed on

- The sectional pulls out easily into a Queen bed and the bedding is hidden away in the couch storage

- We have plenty of card and boards games in the house for your enjoyment

- Another - 65" Smart TV w/ streaming capabilities



~ Kitchen & Dining



- Fully equipped kitchen, w/ every item of cookware, silverware, and much more to accommodate your stay

- Our coffee bar is equipped with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and cream. A tea assortment is also available.

- Large table that seats 8 and additional counter seating.

- There is a full bathroom located in th hall closet the bedrooms.

- Additionally, we have a high chair and children's dinnerware to accommodate those traveling with littles



~ Backyard



This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area. You have a large outdoor area, with full privacy.



- String lights set the mood and turns the patio and outdoor seating area into a cozy entertainment space

- The most amazing game room in a totally cool space

- A great fire pit area

- Gas grill to grill up your favorite meals.

- 1 king bed with a comfy mattress a fluffy comforter, soft sheets, and plenty of sleeping pillows

- There is a washer and dryer located in the mud room off the garage. Laundry soap available and dryer sheets

- Close to food, shopping, and a megaplex movie theater



- Very close to Neilsen's Grove Park



Other Things to Note:

We do have a couple that has lived in our basement for years. They are quiet and we never see them.
